But I am most certainly not going to post my take on how I interpreted the agm only to have
it twisted to suit, those that would not or could not go!

I will say is, that all that was said to me, by direct message email & text, prior to attending (& imo to dissuade me from going) was completely different to what I was expecting!

Take from this what you will

Dont do odd numbers, lol, mine always end 000 or 401 or 201 lol

and think my/our lunches, are far more than that !!!

My its very quiet here, anyway just to say made my first post agm purchase, in the aim (excuse the pun) to increase my holding, to hopefully give me a better chance of success, once the news on 201 or 401 does arrive ?

Drac, dont set your sights on a quick solution, but, more so watch & perhaps, if its hard, do what I know do, set alerts, quick have hour in morning, check in at lunch & again around 7?

Then just get on with day job/chores... or you will find yourself, getting dragged back into the cess pit?

Of course each to their own, but 24/7 neg wont help anyones but the naresayers! imo

Having now got off my backside & gone and found out a little more first hand information!

And hence am now slightly more upbeat! I dont have a magic tree at bottom of garden!

Same happened to me with #GKP, share price kept getting decimated, from many known & unknown angles! Was so furious I went as far as going to Westminster to complain! Was told all that happening was above board & only way was private action?
Even Beaufort had a hand in it!

Knowing I could not afford to risk more (we all have our limits) I decided to sell & give up, rather than hold and tough it out!

Had I just taken more on last low, one more risk, which to me seemed, well barmy! Instead of selling, I watched it rise, and would have recovered a sizeable chunk of what I wrote off!

To say I was fuming is an understatement! But aim is well very one sided and mostly the patient taking £,s from the impatient and chancers! It is each persons money, each persons choice, and very much like a casino?

Do you cash your last tenner in and have cab fare home? Or do you let it ride, knowing its either walk or order a limo, should that last gamble pay off?

Difficult beyond words imo but blaming those who wish to try that approach, rather than listening to advice of non holders? Is surely there choice? and why rather than lock horns, every five mins, Im only posting generally, to avoid such situations!

Cash due in, cash in bank, 201 next data & tests in process & 401 also there waiting for Suzy to take up reigns! To which I will post this... fwiw, George considers Suzy an invaluable member of Val’s team and quite frankly cannot wait for her to recover & return! So a little more patience will be needed, wait dont wait!

My crystal ball is no clearer than yours, other than I heard agm first hand, you are relying on the ones who went!

But if they say its great and its not, we get berated, then if we say its crap and its great, we still get berated!

1. Bio’s are notoriously long winded to come to fruition
2. The trials take time, to conduct, check, scrutinise & report on
3. When I first took interest in Val, there were many (some not now here) positive posters & negative posters!
4. But all said they held shares, or were about to sell or buy!
5. We all KNOW you should not invest more than you are prepared / can afford to loose!
6. We all want a quick buck however, & when it goes sour we get annoyed! Some more than others?
7. But its blow hot, blow cold, but is it normal to blow cold, 24/7 without holding shares?
8. Some attend functions agm’s etc to try to glean more info? But not the 24/7 blow colds!
9. They simply attack twist put down any one who dares to oppose them! Hence why I will not engage further
10. Some say agenda, some say vendetta, I say if you DYOR, then make your own decision? Dont base it on info here!
11. When I said I was attending UK Presentation @ then agm, several insinuated, the BoD would not attend & make excuses
they also said, if they did attend, they would be rude, stand offish, & ignore me! Nothing could have further from the truth!
12. So, rightly or wrongly, from my own dyor, I will be increasing my holding, as and when I see fit! I wont go gung ho & put life savings in, but I do feel as Scooby stated, sooner rather than later, things will turn for the better!
13. Whatever any one does in life, we all have off days! Also what we do in our private lives, especially joyous occasions, should not be used on a billboard ? Have some decency! You made the decision to invest , as did Suzy to have a child!

The info I was sent was asked for clarification? By BoD, It was clarified, It was not my imagination, whether they have it correct is up to them, but it confirmed my thoughts... dont like it, write to them ! I had better clear this up! As much as Id prefer to ignore, but hey Long day (drove both ways was tired when I posted) hence wrong choice of word! on my behalf, just replace refute, with he confirmed my question, of communication, was indeed correct ! So no apology!
As for negative spin what u wish u always do! Any normal person (yes you are not normal imo) would read whole sentence, not micro pic bits to suit!

Evening all, well....
I agree with Fred, in that it was a good positive pleasant agm. Yes we were told some things that
were not palatable, but we were told them & reason to understand the reasoning behind them.
Yes we were told some positives also, cash status, update on 401, & Suzy (Many Congratulations) 201, getting there! More than a handful, Id say dozen pi’s plus city, & others!
George handled the meeting well, imo, Jerry answered direct questions & Satu, repeated part of her uk presentation to those that needed further understanding. All in all enjoyable open & imo a positive step!

Not going into detail as certain people cannot attack what is not shared with them!
Nice to meet Mark, Fred, Jay, Dave, & others! Really glad most of you were in the group when I asked George to confirm about a numpty who applied to be on Vals BoD and was declined!

Finally I shall be buying more, staying invested, & watching closely!

Had you attended the Pi eve meet, or indeed, this mornings meet, or the agm, I could have shown you! But, as you are not, I cant can I ? & no Im not opening posting confidences, but I do have a communication, stating it! Otherwise would not of posted it, & why I say apparently, until, I meet said communicator, hopefully today? to confirm it!

All this effort, from someone who has stated he does not hold a share, whom, has applied (apparently) to be put on BoD & refused (apparently) and now wants Pi’s to vote for his suggestion? But, wont buy a share and wont attend the Agm to put his case. Why is that? Over to you Roses...
