RE: Count down to Friday25 Jun 2019 10:43
maybe, maybe not, as would not the shares have had to be purchased in time to be used as voting shares?
also, there are still going to be the questions... that answers are expected for ?
who sanctioned the last finance deal, who checked it and approved it, who is accountable for such a disastrous error?
has it been dealt with yet, what are the consequences, what are the details of the new deal, indeed, who pulled the disaster deal, Val or the Finance Co?
furthermore, who sanctions all the bonuses and what are they actually for, knowing that money is and always has been tight ? as any self respecting CFO (who has control of said budgets) would surely not fritter money away on bonuses a Co could ill afford ?
and the same with regular pay rises....
In addition the reluctance to self invest to show confidence in their own ability and compounds? as we have been told "it bloody works" well bloody invest then! dont use the ole closed period, as its wearing thin and there as far as we can see, NO close deals, not even for 401, other wise... it would be shouted from the office window, never mind rns'd...
smoke and mirrors still continue at present, so clarity is required, as all those shares issued will need new blood buyers and with so many Long Term Holders stuck by the in-accurate reports fed to them, imo will not make it easy for the BoD to continue with such unclear updates, that have only ever seen sp plummet...
So still a lot to be dealt with on Friday imo Fred.... and of course it will be interesting to see how many actually turn up ? Many I hope, but few I am guessing from the messages I am reading here and receiving directly!
Lucky a few with a little more resolve are making the trip!
