The BoD do need to show the PI's and City, their belief in their statements and compounds, by some sort of financial assistance, and NOW, whether that is by way of cash, or reduced salaries or indeed payment in shares (at a set price)

K2TF agree historically, it does not look inviting, but, it will be 902 + 752 as I understand it, once fully issued? making around 1.65 bil.... last consolidation, was at 2.2 bil?

Furthermore, if a deal is concluded whether a straight buy, to, jv, 201, 401 or whatever? Would that not increase said sp to pence rather than points of pence ? Just saying....
