Id make an assumption, that this is your day job? not inferring anything by that of course, but it isnt mine... it is more to me, like a night at the casino, with the ball taking anywhere between a week and a year to drop? Secondly, we were told categorically that the funds in bank at time of agm, were 250k, cash burn 80-90 per month, by Jerry. Also that they were due a vat refund of 60,000 a payment of 150,000 for sale of old dormant co (they bought ages ago, nothing to do with 401) and a tax refund of I believe 500,000 might have been 400,000 (dont have my notes with me), whichever that is some 610,000 to 710,000 due in, in July... not counting ANY share sales

Thirdly, 401 in our opinion is not dead and buried and we have not heard the last of it, patience is required and we should be used to that by now?

Fourthly, George and Satu, confirm, 201 is getting there and again, we need patience, although I feel more regular updates and investors meets (with BoD) may well become the norm?

Ref your consolidation comment, the last one was at 2.2 billion, so we are under half of that at present and even with full allocation still under 2 billion, so, hopefully, some news, will lift sp prior to it and hence it not be as painful as many expect?

That having said, IF (we all love this word) the deal news does drop, there wont be a need at all will there....

How do you KNOW it was really George (im not saying it wasnt or indeed I know any different)), but, as Roses says, unless you have the actual evidence to prove as such, it has to be assumption, that he is the person, who was rude?

Just as if it was or was not Roses, who applied to the BoD for a job and was turned down?

How do we actually know, it was or was not him and how do we know it was or was not George?

NB: Will not get in to a long winded battle of point scoring, however, should you wish to post exacts, so we can all see how you are supporting this, it would be helpful?

Ive been here a similar amount of time, ish, and Ive yes heard many different stories, about, BoD attitudes and indeed, have averaged down a few times, and like you have had my "depressed" moments?

But!!! I have to say, as I find, and what I experienced face to face at the AGM last Friday, does not support, what you are stating? They were all friendly open and chatty and quite frankly, I was taken a back!

As I was lead to believe, to expect hostility, based on many comments sent to me, prior to attending!

As you know, there were others in attendance, who would have experienced the same? So this is not just me "pushing positive"? The meeting went well imo?

In addition, other correspondence, from other members of Val group, also remain positive?

Maybe try, as I am now doing, a civil direct approach, rather than feeding off of what is obviously an "over run and infected BB" which imo needs a huge dose of rat poison to cleanse it of said rodents?

Maybe you could also consider just holding in there a little while longer and maybe the sp might surprise you... of course this is only imo, not set in "stone"?

Why would anyone sell 1000 shares for 1.70 or indeed 3600 for 6.19 or even 25000 for 42.00, when the first two clearly do not even cover trade fee costs?
Is it deliberate action to keep sp suppressed, as it is only a loss making action?

Just doesnt make logical sense ?
