if sp kept depressed for a year, then the average price over said year, would lets say, be .025 ish meaning a takeover could then be valued in at say five times sp, meaning a 1.00/1.25p max ?

Many leading questions were asked, and were met with, due to the current situation, they could not disclose at the agm and any and all relevant information would be rns'd in the correct way?

The only one "awkward" directly answered, was the refusal to take cuts shares or whatever in lieu of salary? Due to regular living expense commitments (like we all have)

Drac s you know we converse away from here, but, yes Ive been in since days of JG and infact I am lucky enough or indeed daft enough to keep being able to average down!

The place to challenge and ask questions is agm's and presentations... posting here, again imo without any positive comments now and again to dilute said negative comments, is not helping?

They were asked this at the agm, and whilst they declined to take reductions or shares instead due to their own monthly commitments?
It was also pointed out by Tarquin, that they did infact, put a lot of their own cash in at the start and through out the early days of the business...

That having said, I think it is time for the BoD to try and change the PI's to a more positive sentiment and buying in or at least up dating the JV talks or 401 LOI partners would be a good start? Plus a little more clarification on the recent EHGO debacle, its done so why not explain and take it on the chin and show some strength of character, so to speak?

As having stated at agm, they have around 600/700k due in, in July (150/60/500) and a bank bal as at agm of aprox 250k... any cash raise before news, will only fuel the greed / gravy train and undo any posititvity gained to date? imo

You could always approach the CEO or Company Secretary and ask them to allow their registrars (Neville Registrars) to issue you with a copy of the share register, that way you could see who holds directly and how many and who holds via nominee accounts and again how many ? Pretty sure there is a nominal fee for this? But, might answer a lot of questions about who owns how many ???
