BoD HAVE to produce tangible info/data, that they are indeed talking to interested parties re jv 201 and confirm the latest LOI count on 401 and both need to come IMO before, any more cash?

As they have adequate funds to finalise talks, if not... then the we are having in depth talks will be pie in the sky and as per my last post... a LOT of complaints will follow...

yes we all have off days / down days, but... I think we have all learnt (the hard way) that nothing we state on here, makes a halfpenny worth of difference, other than may be help disillusion others?

I would guess that most have also put in more that perhaps they should have and are now bitter that it only seems to go one way... down? BUT! on occasion it does rise quite dramatically?

Noise, this was mentioned at agm, not presentation... it was in relation to Suzy's maternity time off and not to specific compound, but it was very clear, he (George) holds both Suzy and Vicki in very high regard! hope this helps

nothing anyone can do or say until rns arrives with updates - its sort of suck it up and wait and then... once update is released, let it all out.... either way, who knows?

Drac if a deal was to be negotiated Im assuming it would be by lawyers/attorneys and if needed finance, it would be by money men, both of which New York is renowned for? Maybe the office in Boston, was originally to court interest from certain pharma sectors? But now more useful to move it? Who knows, none of us on here....

Plus most major Pharma's will know VAL have a GLOBAL patent network and so, may opt to discuss from any part of the world, rather than simply London?

I would think it would be USA to be honest, imo ?

American Office, there is still a presence, but has moved from Boston, to I believe New York, and rather than stand alone, it is a serviced office facility?

Partly to save on cost and I am purely guessing, probably to be nearer to financial and legal sector, rather than just medical?

but, George did respond when asked, that he did not expect Suzy to be out that long (with a half joke about being a scientist), in that they never quit! and so he expected her to return, sooner rather than later, once recovered, but did not insinuate a time period? NB: As I understand it, was a cesarian, not natural and so, wound would need to heel to certain degree, plus I am sure that she will want to enjoy the experience of motherhood for a while, as all women do, before returning?

He also said that Victoria (Vicki) was a formidable colleague and would soldier on until Suzy's return....

Something else I picked up on, (not sure if others did) as I was engaged for quite a long while in the after agm chat, was that he hoped/expected, that the working relationship with Suzy, was set to continue for some considerable time, as he valued her skill set and did not want to loose her? So does that mean Suzy, may well move into 101 ior 301 or indeed the next stage of 201?

Some more clarity on this, might come, when they announce the next 401 update hopefully?

So, what about the two (so fa) LOI from a USA Co and a Euro Co, as Mystic would come under (India/Asia) territory? Plus we were told there were up to SIX parties in talks? Seeing as it has been several months since this, surely, a further update is due, sooner rather than later?

Would it also be to much to expect an update on the "talks" of jv with "major" as it seems that these talks, just seem to go on and on and on... patience is a virtue I know, but, with sp where it is, patience is a pain! now if say 10p a share sp, then patience would be a pleasure :)

think about it, selling 7 mil requires a buy of 7 mil so who is stock piling, if mm's as many suggest, then would they risk getting caught? I doubt it... due to rise imo
