What if... even though they have the £150k to pay the exit fee, they actually agreed a higher value in shares ? Because.... some of it was to pay for the privilege of asking for their assistance in terminating the deal, but also, to allow the shares to be sold to "specific" person(s) or Company(s) as the next RNS is the blockbuster one and this alleviates the sp going out of control, by said person(s) or Company(s) having to buy from mm's thus causing a spike and said person(s) or Company(s) having to pay a lot more, this way? Mores to the point, why? would they do this, if not to benefit, someone specific... Conspiracy theory yes, but what if.... ? Just asking ?

one North (Edinburgh), one South (Bristol) , and one Central (Birmingham) each year? in addition to London?

ideally, also one in Cardiff and one, in say Dublin, as this would allow most regional investors a chance to attend!!!
