I too, have lost family to cancer and actually visited a friend last night, currently awaiting an operation for a tumour situated between his kidney and prostrate! If the science went from fiction to fact... wouldnt it be wonderful!

If asked why I am there tomorrow I shall simply say, to find out what the hell, highly educated, intelligent scientists and professional Company management, are doing to this Companies reputation and finances, as quite frankly a blind man could do better!

It is not so much of a blame game now, we need to know exacts! who why and what are you going to do about it!

No fob offs, no clever answers and point scoring, just factual business actions to put Val back on track?

So, if you have attended many events over the years/ something has kept you here? You have not walked away and given up, as many suggest us to? why is that?

Well why take shares over cash, unless you can get more from it? They must know more than we do!

However, what could improve matters are if the BoD actually did some of the more sensible suggestions being put forward and in addition, started being more OPEN in stating exactly where we are at with 401, 201, JV LOI etc!

Being kept in dark and fed B-S is not the way a Plc BoD should be treating its Pi's and SH's 2nd hand or not!!!

But that isnt the real reason is it, it is to "suggest and imply" the BoD are wasting more money... get a life!

Come and ask yourself... face the BoD, Im sure they would like to hear from you personally, as to how, you can fix their issues? Rather than berate daily on a BB with no recourse!

We are all concerned about where this is going, but at least some of us are going to voice those concerns directly, rather than 24/7 trolling !!! Grow a spine buy a share and attend!

Agreed to a degree, but, the BoD, could be more enthusiastic about putting money where their compounds are and taking a lesser salary and NO Bonuses, until financial fall has been arrested ( as this just adds to the speed of the demise!) Indeed payment in shares, should be put in place to focus their minds over the next 12 months!

From the locations on Companies House, of all BoD, none look on the poverty line to me!!!

Some of us PI's who are attending the Agm, are having a beer and a chat this evening, in the NED Hotel bar, (27 Poultry) its just a few mins, from the Agm venue (25 Walbrook). Around 8pm and then meeting again tomorrow morning, around 9/9.30am onwards... Both PI's and BoD are welcome? Otherwise, see you there.

As for reporting back after the meeting, it will be for "each individual attending" to put up their own interpretation of how it went, so as to get a full spectrum of opinion, as one mans drink maybe another's poison? But dont shoot the messengers, if you did not make it yourself!!!

BB I know mate... this BB can wind a person up like a coiled spring at times... totally understand your thoughts!

But, like I said, want best, expect the worst and hopefully come out with something in between!
