having seen the advice / information offered, I think we all would prefer a solution that enables the company to continue and thrive, rather than just burying it for "anger/frustrations" sake?

that having said, it takes two to tango and without meetings and discussions, that are balanced / fair, not much is likely to be achieved?

so until we get an acceptance of our requests, for a further GM, once we have formally resubmitted them, I dont suppose much can happen from our end. what the Co is doing I have no idea... at this point

I did suggest a central meet, for any and all who cared or were concerned enough to come and discuss it, but only the original few responded? and as most of us talk daily, it seemed little point? what we needed was fresh blood, with other opinion's / idea's that could help the situation/

anyway... further transparency updates, to follow, once we are corrected and ready to start again...

as Drac states, the Yamsel suggestion, would be imo a very very last resort... as with no bad reports todate, and four compounds, there is all to try for... until we are told differently by rns!

As Fred says, only a few are aware, that we had to amend our proposal application to comply with correct procedure?

Not looking to score points here SL, just "discussing" civilly, but had salaries & bonuses been sensible, as had the finance deals, they would have easily been able to keep going, without so much discontent? imo

And even now, when we are all, pulling in different directions, a GOOD CEO would have done something, to bring the sentiment and calm and TRUST back... as would any GOOD COO ensured the funds for trials, reports research, etc, were put before raises and bonuses?

SL, I'd hardly say we are still, "early stage" especially with the "it bloody works" and six interested parties and two letters of intent?

I have always believed "talking" it through on an equal basis, rather than one side "telling" the other, its this way or the highway, so to speak.... and really the silence and emails I have received personally to date! Does not give me any indication that "talks" would help at this point?

It will be a case of another vote imo.... be interesting to see if the boD allow this to happen?

You are saying its our fault that they cannot continue to pay themselves, excessively high wages, at the expense of providing nothing to show for these wages (as yet)?

In answer to what I think you asked, no I would not pay there wages and no I would not give them more, until they produce something of value, rather than the continual smoke and mirrors

I think they should volunteer to reduce, cut back, buy in again, take shares...instead of continual greed? and then once proven what they insinuate, THEN take a justifiable bonus!

I do not think continually rewarding "smoke and mirrors" is the way forward, unless you have invested more than you can afford to loose? But again most invested on the presentation information, which has yet to be proven, just seemingly dragged out, in order to TAKE MORE!

So, unfortunately I disagree and place the blame firmly on the BoD shoulders in it is POOR management IMO

Not directly no. it was an assumption of mine earlier...

My lastest post is reporting the response received to date and why?

I now know why, the term "second hand shareholders" has been bandied about so much and used to describe us?
In that, it has been pointed out to us, that our application is classed as not valid, due to the Brokers or Companies that we all buy our shares through, being the first hand shareholders or "MEMBERS" and hence we are the second hand shareholders!

And as it is their names on the register and not ours, we now have a minor delay in obtaining letters from our first hand "MEMBERS" who hold our shares, confirming our holdings totals and permission to use them in voting for a requisition of new resolutions"!

A simple delay tactic, rather than come to the negotiating table and prove to us, why we should not take such action! Otherwise I have no idea, other than it is to try to break our resolve... however it has only increasing our determination to succeed!

Hopefully, if all concerned are doing their bit, we will re-ask in the very near future...

BB something to consider, the last consolidation didnt happen until a much larger volume, (I think it was 2.2 bil, but happy to be corrected?) Now, if say a package was put to us, which helped the Co and hence helped shareholders?

I would prefer to see the city step in and do another share issue of say 750 mil to take us back to 2.2 bil ish... providing the amount was able to get us to a point where we had at least one commercially viable compound, whether it be six months or say 24 months?

As the value of all four compounds in a working state (or even one or two) would be way more than a mil or less... I would expect 15 mil - 50 mil but the BoD have to show faith in there own statements and prove they are in it with us, rather than just dictating to us?

IMO this can be fixed FAIRLY, it is whether the BoD want t be fair, as most will now shout, they dont seem to have been to date... but, times and attitudes change... will they? I hope so!

Yes we did submit an emailed request stating our proposed resolutions, a few mins after the revised 13.00 cut off point on Fri, for a response to our original formal letter and then on advice, resubmitted the resolution email again, with an additional sentence, after the deadline, but during the same afternoon.

Now whilst the BoD are most likely used to these types of formalities Freddie and myself are not and so it is a learning curve, for us. So in addition, to our email, we were advised to send in our resolutions, as hard copy letters, signed by each of the shareholders. This is being done as I type, so hopefully we will have completed all requirements to make it official.

Then as you rightly point out it is for the BoD to respond... as for how long they are allowed to take, I am unsure, as I would expect they would need to verify that we have the required number of shares to be able to do this.

But, yes it has been done and we hope for a "positive" response asap?

If they KNOW the results & they are GOOD why act in such a way, that portrays doom & gloom?

easiest of places to have a meet, imo, crowded, expensive always congested?

As a one off, would anyone care to suggest alternatives to say Bristol, where there are lots of places away from centre where we could all meet up? Yet it has an airport, train station & accessible to both m4 m5 ?

If so, and enough would, maybe it might be worth the trip to get all opinion under one roof....
Yes a logistical nightmare but, no worse than the nightmare we are experiencing at present!

Just a quick update to say thanks to Freddie, for going out of his way to meet up today! Due to my prior commitments!

Furthermore to say how enlightening said meeting became as it went on!

Hope you get home in good time and winds dont affect you to much!

Finally, looking forward to next week, whatever it brings! As after recent awful weather! A ray of sunshine from
the BoD would be most welcome?
