Morning Shirley, I do not think it is a case of being pro active at this juncture, as the group were in attending the meeting to put across their points of view, to those directors that did attend, Albeit G & S did not.

What is more important now, is that the BoD speak to each other to decide what is the best course of action, for the shareholders and the Company, to ensure, it continues in a professional and positive way?

Meaning imo, change has to happen, now whether or not this happens with good will or bad will, it has to happen... hence I would expect further rns's to confirm what happens next, rather than just silence, as has been the case to date...

Lets hope the legal director Kevin Alexander gets the rest of them to start acting in shareholders best interests, rather than possibly their own???

I would not write off the Compounds yet, nor the disappearance of ip's... I would ask for Calm and Patience, for just a little longer and wait for those, who are not complicit with this situation, to hopefully, come up with a statement, to perhaps answer many of the questions being posted... all imo
