The first response before 12 said nothing of value to either side, but they did reply
So as nothing of help to go forward to resolve our concerns, was included, I offered a further hour
to see if this would improve the response.... It didnt

I dont post responses made, as it will not help matters, at this stage, but they are saved for future referral

The resolution notice has been sent, twice, as it was not acknowledged and I wanted to be thorough

Hard copies are also being posted, I hope now a response worthy of our concerns / suggestions will now be forthcoming

As I expect rns confirmation at some point next week!

Update...

To all shareholders, the requisition letter sent to Val, only needed a 5% and was restricted to just over this for simplicity purposes.

However, ALL of you who have stated they would like or wanted to participate or indeed were unintentionally omitted, now have the chance to either support the action or not?

The details of the resolution, will be stated in the Rns after confirmation has taken place?
For all to see?

I kept them back, to allow the BoD the opportunity to reply, before anything was known, sadly they chose not to?

I expect RNS's confirming this shortly?

Upon receiving a very basic email response a little before 12 noon
It was agreed that the deadline be extended by 1 hour until 13.00pm
To allow more time, for them to confirm to us some basic information which in my opinion should have been included and also confirmation, of some straight forward points, that the first response, failed to address?

At present, this has not been offered...
I hope to post a further update just after 13.00

Furthermore, how do you envisage protecting LTH's by keeping the two most expensive Directors ? Are you prepared to stump up to fund them with no "suggestions" implemented?

Sorry let me get this correct, you dont have any VAl shares, and have not bought and sold any for years... you just want to help LTH's out?

What Val needs its research trials reports and patents, funding....

What it does not need, is top heavy BoD salary and bonuses, stopping the above happening!

What it also needs is sentiment from all those PI's that have invested on the words of the BoD?

The only ones who can give us this? Are the BoD?

I have a feeling that if in the unlikely event that happened, the following would occur?

1: Would CRUK associate its name to a new Co, with previous know persons, that took the last Co, into the ground, and cleaned the last lot of investors out, whilst continuously paying themselves generously (imo)
2: Would not some more Savy Pi's also bid for said IP and work with others to get the compounds to commercial status?
3: Would not other directors or management of the current Co, disagree and perhaps bid against each other!

There is far more to this than just the punch and judy show !

Suggestions have been put forward, replies are still awaited, indeed alternative suggestions, other than the we want more and to do as we please, previous resolutions that got a resounding NO...

Perhaps also some clarification as to where each compound ACTUALLY is, baring in mind all the statements and rns's made to date?

We want and invite a response and further discussion as to what is best for the Co, the shareholders and the BoD and not forgetting the millions of potential patients that might benefit also... Not just more smoke mirrors and promises that do not materialise or perhaps I should say crystallise !!!!

What we should be concentrating on now, is what are they going to propose to do about it?

If acceptable, then great, but if not acceptable, and remember there are currently around 1.55 bil shares that can vote on the next set of resolutions, if that is the way it goes? So it could go either way!

We have stated our suggestions palatable or not, once the BoD state theirs then we can go from there!

But dont keep placing the neg on us, when it is the BoD whose decisions promises actions have put us here at 1/7 penny

And instead of offering to share the responsibility & pain of the shareholders, they simply demand more cash & more freedom!

If thats your preferred choice, good luck to you! But it is not how we see it!

What we have is enough votes to be able to “stand up” and ask questions & offer suggestions!

That is what we have promoted...

What we have not had yet, is a formal set of counter suggestions as to a credible way forward!

Merely a cc, of the response to the one person who declined to agree with our letter.

Oh and more under the radar text messages, which seems to be the norm at present!

If “amicable agreement” is to be sought, then the BoD need to attend in full, come up with alternatives and not just threaten admin / more smoke & mirrors / confirmation of proof the previous statements were factual, not just, we need them! why to draw more cash & stay silent! Until more cash is needed!

I urge anyone to direct your questions to the entire BoD & Broker & Nomad and get a complete picture of opinion & answers!

As for many years they have built this company up, to 1/7th of a penny! and in doing so, have taken salaries & bonuses totalling more than the current mcap? And now the coffers are dry, once again!

But, I would say, sometimes, the right person in the right job, does help matters and if a Captain is failing to stop the boat (sp) sinking then perhaps they have been in the job, to long to see the icebergs from the wave crests?

Maybe there is a junior officer willing to put fresh eyes and energy into a new course and strategy and improve the structure, allowing the Captain to retire gracefully, rather than going down with his/her ship?

NB: You cant teach an old dog new tricks, but you can a younger one? :)
