No, our resolutions simply focus on change, for improvement, as suggested in RHD1's post.

Also interesting to learn that there are more suggestions/options to consider, other than ours, which is refreshing in that others also want change!

Whilst blocked by the no vote, at the GM, consolidation may raise its head again?

A question I would suggest you put to the BoD... as it will be for them to request it againif no other solution is forthcoming? Although I am optimistic that alternatives are being investigated.

Furthermore, Freddie (all of us infact) have had a reply, saying that our request are being dealt with in the appropriate (legal) manner. Hopefully when it is clarified, it will clear up everyone's questions as to what is next?

I have been exchanging emails with the Company (Satu) directly, re-confirming our suggestions and opinion, for change and improvement and asking for her as CEO, to respond accordingly.

I have also re-submitted our requisition letter, requesting Company acknowledgement, especially as they did not turn up to the last one?

However, our resolutions, will not be to do with consolidation!
