Yes, quite weird that the BoD wont show the faith that many genuine lth’s & indeed new investors are!

Especially after watching (& recording) the investor presentation of Nov 18 ? Makes you wonder why nothing has yet materialised in the last two years?

Stumbler the requisition letter is just that, it will go to Vote, unless they within the time period, offer a worthy/legal solution!

The problem we have “in addition” to the BoD agenda’s are the different type of shareholders & their specific agenda’s?

Meaning, if you did join in to try & help, but supported the No Vote, then you more or less agreed to the stance being taken?

It very easy to sit on side lines and comment, but completely another to “come out” and stand up & be counted?
