Morning Roses, I would say Gov will have lots of "close to the wall" Co's that it will have to loan to? As otherwise many employee's will be without cash in this crisis?

Valirx should be no different? Although it would be nice if loan had stipulations, like pay bills, employee's and NO Bonuses Expenses and Salary Increases, infact may be Directors should be taking a % of salary, to ensure Co's survival?

After all we have four compounds with to date, no bad reports? Other than we are still waiting on said reports... :(

maybe try adding up the costs of individual investors... going right back to the heady days of 20p 50p etc and you will see clearly it is in the MILLIONS and not a second of sleep was lost as they literally ****ed it up against the wall?

How can you have a democratic vote, when the government has said no meetings / gatherings, it needs a postponement, until such times as those who want to attend, can! This is not all about the George and Mildred, show! It is about the "Shareholders" that have literally pumped "Multi Millions" into this Co, they are the ones who have PAID and should be allowed to VOTE their choices!

Plain and simple... anything else would be imo FRAUDULENT

imo George Morris is one of the most unscrupulous characters I have ever had the misfortune to meet and whatever happens, I think there will be many on here, that will haunt him daily, until he gives up being a director of Valirx Plc... and indeed will follow him to as many conventions presentations and other business seminars and meetings he decides to show his face at!

He needs to be struck off in my honest opinion !

how the voting went, then perhaps we can get some sort of official response from this professional board of directors, who feel only THEY can lead this Company!

quite frankly knowing they didnt attend last GM, are they likely to attend this next one? or indeed the one after that!

Well this is aim and this is val and quite frankly nothing surprises me anymore :)

Investors had given my business best part of 30 mil (or whatever the true figure is) plus tax credits etc, how much would it I be worth now! And hand on heart, I feel it would be a dam site more! than the original invested amount! And with me taking a decent wedge out each year! And with plenty of assets, customers & a bright future!

It is “So Despicable” what these so called highly qualified professionals have done to this Company & with out batting an eyelid or loosing a seconds sleep! No wonder so many are so angry! Who can blame them!

I was merely going to enlighten you as to the quality of "direct" responses personally received from our two professional highly qualified (should be certified imo) directors, to hopefully show their characteristics and why we the PI second hand shareholders, are being treated with the massive contempt that we are?

Maybe I will save it for after the voting, to help focus their minds, should they manage to be able to gain support and raise further cash and also to show those that support them, exactly what they are supporting and why Dr Dilly imo, would be far better far less costly and far more open and transparent than either of these two have been, in the past decade or more!

SL I will be expecting an apology from you, after, unless of course you are who many insinuate you are, and why you have never once accepted my invitation for a coffee and a chat, to express and discuss our differing opinions, of the Val situation?
