I will take a guess, the raise will be to pay BILLS (which were not paid on time, because of BoD wages and Bonuses were always coming first! imo) thus to ensure Company can run solvent for time being and also to get next data report moving to get it out... as soon as they can!
And NOT BoD Salaries as you seem so fixated on?
As for voting you are right, you have the choice not to, lets hope others, do believe in miracles and do make the effort....
Mind you with the SAG group voting as they always have, in the best interests of KEEPING Co going, so to try and rescue some value back for all, I have a hopeful feeling that maybe enough will see the light at the end of this very dark tunnel!

the vote is before the shares are admissible, imo

ie actual cut off point to vote, is before, so they cannot admissible?

otherwise it would be same ole same ole, with G controlling the vote buy whom his appointed broker sells to?

however, this way with Phouse issuing , AFTER the meeting, G & S will stay or go, based on their ability to show us what they will do to improve things and try to save themselves (nothing so far as I am aware)

hence, it will be fairly voted on?

and not by the holders of these new shares imo? which if they were allowed, would have meant a repeat of each and every time, im guessing?

pretty sure the votes will be in and being counted, well before the new shares are issued?

These shares are NOT admissible until after the vote, so not quite so shrewd eh? Although a certain person is not particularly happy about that, or many other points, as I understand it! But, being told to adhere to the rules, is new ground I expect, especially when they wrote the rule book up until this point imo? Seems someone grew a pair and stood up to them?
If you hold and you intend to vote, if you really want GM and SV gone, then vote accordingly as it will be the current consolidated volume that has the say, as far as I am aware? Meaning if you held say 15.5 mil of the Co (1% aprox) your consolidated shares would still be (1% approx), ie same voting power? Just as it is known that any money raised will be used to better the Company by stabilising its finances, and not paying BoD wages! So, every vote counts, if you want to remove the leaches? All imo of course... dyor

Some are some arent... but! I am surprised that many are waiting until the third one, to moan, indeed why has someone not tried before, to cohere the many, into a voting unit?

Surely MANY more should NOW be supporting the Share Action Group and voting to remove them ,as they have requisitioned this vote for?

Vote to remove BOTH George Morris and Satu Vanikker from the BoD?

As I understand it, (happy to be corrected) but I believe tomorrow is the last day to get your vote into your broker, for the following requisition letter resolutions...
1) To remove George Morris as a director (COO)
2) To remove Satu Vanikker as a director (CEO)
For the record, I have voted to REMOVE BOTH, as I really cannot see any reason, as to why they should stay, after the way in which they have mis managed this Company over the years!
Vote to remove them, if you want some form of justice... EVERY Vote Counts ! imo

IMO in these awful times, we should look to the future and hope

and pray that certain unscrupulous individuals, get theirs, good and proper!

If Peterhouse are to become the solitary broker, that bodes well for the PI's imo, in that they cannot then play us between them, as I am sure they did before?
It sort of stabilises the field and IF they are intending further raises in the future, to simply sell at any price would not be conducive, to them or us, so maybe a change for good is on the horizon...

For start placing a NED onto the Board, to monitor things, should have been done ages ago! Maybe now we might to see a gradual improvement?

I would say that even in extreme circumstances, protocol needs to be followed, and even though the votes would have been cast and counted, the meeting had to be delayed because of the Covid 19 lock down, preventing, the T's being crossed and the I's dotted...

Needless to say as soon as a new meeting date is given and said meeting is convened, the results will be available to all?

Now as I recall the possible finance was "conditional" so I would expect them to be preparing for said outcome, rather than rush rush rush after?

The important fact I would like to know is when the requisition letter GM is to be re-convened or will it still happen on 14th ? Personally, I dont think Lockdown will have been lifted? But if the is a Interactive way, of holding it, and votes are counted on the two resolutions of removing said Directors from the Board?

Then all will become much clearer imo

So again imo, by all means guess (if you feel it sways support in your direction of thought) or maybe wait for the facts? In all honesty it is about time that this Company was run on facts and solid information and not guesswork, smoke and mirrors and insinuation?

agreed stated at different stages (ie hardly started) because money wasnt going on development imo, more so wages bonuses & paying others to do what they were being paid to do!

All I do know is we have to trust in someone to lead the Company into the future and my money is on Suzy?
