Nope HL still not allowing buys, only sells?

CANNOT BUY ANY ON HARGREAVES LANSDOWN... but can sell ?

So, if HL say no document yet? WHO has been issued document, to enable the buy of 30,000 small yes, but how did they buy, when a Company as large as Hargreaves Lansdown... wont let its clients? Something not right surely???

The Key Investor Document, that should accompany any change in shares, has not been issued to many brokers, such as HL hence you can only sell you cannot buy at present? ie I believe this to be due to the consolidation meeting of 25th getting postponed and the Company or its appointed adviser, not sending this document out.... as yet?

The questions are WHY hasnt it been sent? WHEN will next meeting be? WHERE it will be and will the resolutions remain the same. Finally, will it be able to take place before the vote on the 14th April (for which the deadline to vote is 8th, so do by 7th to be safe!) or will that to, be postponed? Or will it ALL be dealt with in one meeting? I wonder... and yet not a peep from our professional CEO or COO?

Makes you wonder if they could organise a **** up in a brewery? imo

I did state with new money we would expect change in leadership (sorry dictatorship) but... IF any of compounds DO have a future this indeed would improve chances of a return on investment, & recovery of loss!

As imo (reading between lines) had less money gone in pockets bonuses expenses & more into trials , this would be a completely different Company! And quite frankly some rules & regs need to change! But each to their own opinion ?

How many would put in... to raise funds without affecting shares? Providing George steps down & stops wanting money (for nothing imo) Maybe a new dawn new cash new CEO new BoD & lets get this party started.... !!!

According to sources nothing has happened as yet, due to the postponement rns!

Although due to the “last minute” decisions the brokers havent yet caught up with reverting their systems back to pre consolidation status....

So it is simply more waiting!
Due to the deliberate delaying of advising us the shareholders right to know!
By the most (imo) despicable unworthy unhelpful unprofessional arrogant director Valirx has, or indeed again (imo) will ever have!

Note: When running a Plc, you run it in the best interests of the Company & its Shareholders! Not for your own ends or into the ground!
Second Note: To remaining directors, (inc Satu) Vote your husband & business partner OFF, now! Show some leadership!

Of course it could be deliberate delay in sending paperwork, to prevent shareholders buying more, so as to hopefully improve on voting? Who knows, for sure?

Think this **** up, might lie on another directors shoulders, you know, the one who always puts himself above all others ???

No Scooby it hasnt, it is to do with forms, needing to be received (as consolidation didnt happen, due to postponement), might take 24 hours to sort out, maybe more, hence you can only sell at present not buy. Spoke direct to HL and if you get my Twitter, you may be enlightened a little more :)

Had less been spent on BoD & more on getting Compounds over the line, we wouldnt be in this situation!

And what is to say, there are not qualified interested parties other than George n Mildred! And FAR less costly & FAR more honest!

Re todays rns... apparently consolidation cannot take place, until GM held, so as postponed? Im unsure how long before its reconvened? Although, I would expect (non attendance) voting has be counted & clarified? But needs the GM to officially happen to advise us? Imo (which is assumption)

Guess we wait for next meeting date? or could it all be dealt with at meeting on 14th? IF gov rules allow it to happen?

A professional Company would have most certainly given a positive update at least, again imo

And yet here we all are ... hoping for the miracle !!!!

Lse states three buys today and yet I have just tried a dummy buy, with HL and they say, they cannot trade this stock at present? That would say the consolidation is going ahead? To revert sp above nominal value?
