They have products they have been drawing wages on for 10+ years, if they were to take less and pay more bills, rather than ask creditors to be patient, etc, maybe we would be further forward? Rather than ANOTHER consolidation and another cash raise... pair are a joke in my eyes! Fresh ungreedy leadership that acts professional, rather than gung ho, is sorely needed?

What like the six interested parties in 401 and so on and the comments on the 2018 Nov video presentation, says it all really two years on... doesnt it!

Lets not forget a few direct emails, from said pair, that we have not commented on in detail, as we like to think, we acted in good faith, and now this... really does make you want to print it word for word, to show how "un professional they can be" yet they state they are the people to take this Co forward? Yet have failed to date to anything but take?

So, how do you account for emails sent from Tarquin's email account, to the 9 SAG emails, some of whom have never contacted Co or Tarquin, before this situation and never with Tarquin directly? How can it be an "unknown" situation when ALL were receiving these emails at the same time, yet UNKNOWN to Tarquin? With a Malware attachment, posed as an invoice? Co-incidence or deliberate? Knowing the comments posted on other social media, it does make you wonder, surely?

It would be easy, just hold an open seminar somewhere, at a neutral location and allow Shareholders time to get there, (ie NOT London) and allow questions and give answers, that dont involve NO, cant say, dont want to say and so on....
But something to give credibility? to them as directors and the shareholders as investors? The trouble is, in all the time to date, they never have... other than the innuendo and ad lib and promises, excuses etc... Hence why as many didnt bother the SAG did and now everyone wants on the band waggon so to speak.

Personally imo, as SAG member, I feel everyone should vote on their own reasoning and efforts, as for buying, we buy in HOPE that these two see sense and let another try... knowing the greed, I cannot see that happening? Can you?

So, whats your idea for a coming together on common impartial ground? Please do tell us? I also note having offered to meet up and have a chat, you have never accepted? Is it you will be recognised, or simply dont want to make the effort as the NINE of us did? Remember you usually only get out, what you put in? It states UNLIKELY to continue after March 31st, it doesnt state ADMIN after 31st of March, as with all of their presentations, it is always the "suggestion" "hint" "possibility" and this is no different... I say VOTE NO imo

Im surprised, you dont know that is exactly what has been requested, which has been acknowledged & at present we are awaiting the confirmation of date, from the BoD/Nomad. We expect it sooner rather than later? Unless said directors choose to resign rather than go to a vote? Hence the last rns. I hope this brings you up to date.
