You cannot cover mistakes & errors (whether genuine or deliberate, legal or illegal) nowadays, as easily as you could 10-15 years ago... To many protocols in place... you only need look at Afren... on going and some directors got jail sentences!
You may say well they will have hidden millions to come out to, IF assets arent seized found in meantime?
However look at the average age & health of said BoD?
Only Satu is below 60! & of reasonable health as far as we know?
So money may not be the driving force here, more so peace of mind & a quiet life!
My guess would be for younger blood, to grab this Co by scruff of neck, and make it into the
dynamic Cancer beating compounds we all invested in!

Was down to six weeks, 2 weeks ago! You would think, instead of paying salaries, they would be paying the most important invoices to get 201 data asap! Then once released to all, if good sentiment & share price would improve! Allowing opportunity to review & raise money, with support? Of course data has to be as described... ie it bloody works!!! Or do BoD know different?

A train wreck.... could happen because of the driver, or in this case because of the driving force, behind the Company... ie the BOD where they have not been prudent, professional and practical!

More so, privileged, paid and pre-occupied with cash raises, innuendo and ad-libs? imo

A new driving force is needed and one that will keep both hands on the wheel, so to speak and both eyes on the road, rather than when it simply suits their needs!

I hope for positive constructive change, not negative and destructive attitude?

Mysteriously received emails from Tarquin today, with an attachment (headed invoice, but containing some sort of malware)

Yet Tarquin, was not copied in to this requisition email, ONLY the BoD & the Nomad, in-fact many of them
had NEVER emailed Valirx before!

So how did Tarquin have said emails ? Data Protection IT Breach Abuse ? Needs looking at and back tracking to source...

Coincidence maybe... but unlikely! Deliberate? I wonder...
