Voting has been done, we have tried our best and the decision will be made and stated in next few days, (once t's crossed and i's dotted) and nothing any one says to us can detract from that

Clarification - to all newbies, a group of shareholders, joined together to send in a requisition letter asking for Company to remove two directors, who are shall we say more for their interests than ours and so a General Meeting is to take place on 14th April to find out if this has been done.

Cut off point for voting, was yesterday, so we are now awaiting an rns to see what the vote was?

Resolution one, remove George Morris
Resolution two, remove Satu Vanikker

Once this has been confirmed, new directors should be appointed to hopefully run the Company, professionally, in the best interests of the shareholders, be open and transparent about the compounds and with any luck, the sp should start to reflect this new approach and increase...

The 14th is the date of the stated meeting, just because votes had to be in by yesterday (8th). We may have to wait until that point to find out?

Lets face it they cut the last one to the very last moment....

Furthermore if the vote went badly for them, its only way to delay going I would guess... looking forward to 14th with anticipation...

Mind you, is it better to walk than be pushed... depends if you have any dignity I suppose and from past situations, I doubt they have? Not long to find out, either way?

FYI 201 needs cash to bring in next data, which COULD have been done, had money not been wasted, funds raised should help towards this... new NED will see to that!
FYI 401 was only halted because, again wasted funds, rather than continued efforts... again this is in the programme, which you choose not to support ? WHY please feel free to correct me, but before you do, ASK those that know first? as I have done!
