It is my personal opinion, that as the recent cash raise shares have to be signed off posted / as no electronic
service available as many brokers working from home?

Id expect TR1’s as soon as said certs arrive with those that bought them?

Id expect Rns’s appointing Ned new directors & way forward, but it would only
be once removals fully concluded!

Hi BF I was looking at the Lse figures, to be honest...

But then wrongly assumed it was a Val issue not an Lse one!

So, FAIR PLAY to the remaining directors, for doing things speedily and correctly....

Must feel like a breath of Fresh Air to work in the Val offices, with no decision choking, gruesome twosome, micro dictating every single thing!

Not nice, what they have done, but lets be clear here, it was George and Satu who made ALL the decisions, not Kevin Not Gerry and most certainly not the paid staff, otherwise Tarquin I am sure would have been more active?

In addition it wasnt Suzy who pulled her 401 finance, it was those that took the 55% share in her Co (i bet she rues the day she did that!) and then spent most the funds on themselves ?

Now with those two, NO longer able to interfere, and new leadership and direction due imminently Val is a whole new ball game...

True many Lth's have been shafted (myself included) but it is up to each to decide what they wish to do now, a: give in / give up? b: put in / put up and see if new changes bring new hope!

Evening all,

I think if you can just remain patient for a few more days, things will start to come into
focus, as it takes time to conclude all the legal aspects of removing the CEO & COO of a Co

The finances need to be sorted (bills paid) and those recently demoted, need to be completely removed and replaced
and of course the way forward, stated clearly to all long suffering share holders.
To that end I have been steadily increasing my holding and now exceed many of the previous highest shareholders!
This is because I have faith in Suzy Dilly and her vision for the future, I also admire Peterhouse in putting a monitoring
influence on the BoD who has taken the time to speak with me!

This and the removal of the main cash drain on the Co, gives me positive hope for
an improved outlook albeit not tomorrow but, in time to come! And I look forward
to a sensible upward trend in the sp as TRUST & Confidence grows!

All my opinion, but I am putting my money is where my mouth is!! As are others!!!!!

If the institutions have heard about the changes, who knows, who might be showing an interest now? As we all know, never have we had a bad report as yet and if we did now... I would not want to be in GM or SV shoes would you ???

I think that Peterhouse are appointing Martin Lampshire as their NED onto board as a steadying influence as to how and why money is used? Especially as they will be the only source? Which bodes well in that it cannot be so easily manipulated as before with 3 ?
Furthermore, if Suzy is also appointed and I see no reason as to why not, then I believe she will be open and regular in her updates and that they will be clear and concise not smoke and mirrors as before...
She has the knowledge and the ability to work all compounds and with a strong business team around her, should do in a much shorter time, than it has taken the other two, to accomplish sod all excpet get wealthy at our expense! with nothing to show for it :( These changes should have been attempted ages ago infact years! But thankfully, we should now all begin to watch the new team grow Val into what we all expected and hoped for :) imo

May well be, but the Petershore cash raise was "conditional" on no money going to Directors, past or present? So, until we see accounts, we wont know, other than if the 201 data gets a move on, as that would take up a big chunk of this last raise, but hopefully, prove up, the info and increase the sp further... Unfortunately, a little more patience and waiting ?

Borgie, disagree, as the statement from Petershore, clearly stated cash was for operational and development costs and NOT to pay George or Satu or indeed any directors? imo

And yes whilst two (so called) scientists have been stood down, lets face it, the bulk of the work was being done by Victoria and Suzy anyway, as George was always to busy flying here there and everywhere supposedly talking to all the "potentials" or which not one has ever materialised and Satu, was to busy doing USELESS finance deals! So, again imo, Valirx is now in a much better place!

We have already made our thoughts clear to them and I do believe that they are listening, although I expect there are many i's to dot and t's to cross, before the next statement of who is to be doing what and why. Furthermore and more importantly, what is the next step in the Compounds moving forward to updates and when!

Hopefully without the tentacles of the two previous directors, working to grab off the cash, we will now see some positive steps forward, with the science and data!

Hopefully things will now start to change, with new directors and new direction and of course way more money being put into COMPLETING the science, rather than paying huge unwarranted bonuses! Looking forward to see, who is joining and what there opening statement to us the long suffering PI's will be! Come on Val, lets see some sparkle return, now you have been DE-MORRIS-ED
