The amount Val put into her 401 compound was by all accounts not a great deal? £55k and shares as I understand it?

The help Val offered, was it to further their cash grab, and she unwittingly agreed or is there something else I am missing?
(other than a brain before one of my stalkers chips in and pips me to it!)

As if, only a sub director, she would not be party to the spending and I know she tried to (advise) on the information release, only to be ignored?

So, how can she be jointly liable, if no control of the main BoD actions, seems you are condemning by association ? Is there more you would care to share?
