Black Cat has been set up with the best of intentions, in that Val did RNS that 401 was now stand alone and Val would no longer finance it?
What if it could no longer finance it? What if Suzy had no choice but to go it alone!
And so, Suzy, knowing her research was good and there is a market for this product, went out and found the finance and set up Black Cat, to remove Val's hold/influence over her, in her process of taking 401 to market?
ie be in charge of her own destiny, as Val stated they would no longer would finance her work?
Yes it may have been expensive, to finish trials. But they would have known that from the outset?
And they did set up many patents in many Countries along the way... ?
So, surely a smaller percentage holding in Black Cat that was worth "something", is better than a 55% holding in Valiseek, that they were for all intense and purposes, they were cutting loose, as worth very little, in their minds, or due to the fact that they could not or would not finance it, to conclusions for "whatever" reasons?
With 9 patents over a Global coverage, at an average of 5-15 mil (poss more) per patent, would indeed reap rewards for all?
If we say Val's new holding is only 20% instead of 55% of this new Company, then 9 x an average of 10 mil per patent, (90 mil) would make Vals 20% worth at least 18 mil on 401 alone?
So why did they cut 401 loose? Why pursue projects that were much further away?
I say it is time to let Suzy get to work and in 20-30 months, the picture might be a lot better...
IF only they had perhaps managed the coffers better?
So, re the No's V Yes's on Monday, perhaps a restructure of Valirx is needed to ensure that shareholders have the best possible chance of a return and return sentiment to Val
To maybe allow them the money to take 201 to where 401 is expected to go and maybe even enough start on 301 and 101?
Maybe start working together and start working smarter, than simply being a smart arses?

I do want it ALL to work, I do NOT simply want blood as many think I do!
But I am no mushroom and will no longer sit in a dark room, being fed the bull****, we have, just as Fred and many others feel the same way!
