I wouldn`t worry about that !
What you have to remember is that this is listed on AIM .
AIM is a market designed for small growth opportunity Companies to raise funds for further development .
VAST fits the description .
UNFORTUNATELY ~~~~ AIM is infested by crooks , spivs , cheats , thieves , liars , shorters and useless selfinterested Directors . (and although I have no knowledge of their presence there are probably quite a few paedophiles and the odd murderer or two !)
BUT ~~~ There are some (a few !) success stories , value will win in the end .

to remember that ONE day there will most certainly be a conclusion to all this debate around AST .
No one knows what`s going on at the moment , but most investors do know how we ended up here
and it`s hardly a comforting story . To date it`s been a terrible investment . I`m not expecting a pot of gold
at the end of the rainbow , but I really hope there will be at least some reward for so many long suffering
shareholders .

I agree , and that`s why I said Bush Telegraph , ie ; Rumour .
I`ve lost a lot here and I don`t expect to get it back so I now consider everything about this Company against a somewhat tainted background . Most especially because this needs funds (desperately) , this is effectively in hibernation , this is Slovenia , this has become political , this is AIM , this has a shocking history , this is run by Directors of questionable ability / authority and intent .
I could go on and on , but nothing would surprise me . Perhaps 1.2p is an integral element of some overall agreement . I just do not know , and on the other side of the coin talk of some outcome that would lift the sp above 3p seems to me to be equally ridiculous but obviously not so disappointing . However IF that ever happens I will be happier than the cheer leaders .

Agreed re LRGS trades , but I think it`s nigh on impossible to guess what the underlying strategy behind them really is .
~ Hold / maintain current sp / range .
~ Secure position for buys at current price .
~ Hedge against possible price fall .
~ Presell position ahead of fund raise .
~ Limit risk exposure in advance of news flow .
~~~~ etc ~~~I don`t know .
BUT , it seems to me that much bigger money than PI`s is now interested in a c. 25m cap AIM stock , and I believe that institutions would / could not speculate on such a stock . Is this some discrete hedge for the future , where someone has some inside info ?
Anything seems possible on AIM , and anything might be behind these trades . Remember , we are operating in Romania and Zimbabwe !!

FWIW ....Not that it matters but I`m really positive about the future prospects here !

However on this point I have to fully agree with you :

It`s an issue that hasn`t really been explored in the context of AST , but I think the Brexit saga is weighing on many commercial decisions .
`They` , not just Brussels , do not want us to leave , the primary reason being blatantly obvious ; but the secondary reasons impacting individual countries economies and the consequential domino effect perhaps generates a much more emotional reaction to everything UK .
Perhaps we are not flavour of the month at the moment , but when the dust settles and the focus shifts to : Italy / France / Spain / Hungary / Netherlands / Finland / Sweden ~~~~~
It`s a very major problem , it is and will continue to complicate business decisions throughout this market for quite some time .
Re AST ; It`s another real mess ! I think , and sincerely hope they will taken over very soon .
