Today`s machinations clearly spooked a few more weaker hands .

ORT :....I agree , no dramatic volume drops just a continued decline in buying and a steady stream of selling .
Surely fueled by nervous sentiment , unfulfilled expectations, recent placings and disappointing news flow .
The repetitive negative commentary from disillusioned pi`s and I suspect some mischief makers does not help .
This could easily turn dramatically northward , as it has in the past , equally it could take some months into 2019
before we start to move forward on improved sentiment associated with performance and financials .
Certainly not a basket case , imo .

Sorry guys ~~~ I`m still unclear as to what has actually transpired regarding repayment / s , what (if anything ) is required to facilitate t2 draw down , and where we stand now with regard to our MOU with Mercuria .
I certainly do not wish to fan any flames of doubt here , only looking for some more clarity of information from the Company .

This is the issue for me :
~~~ "Charge over all Romanian assets to be released on 31 December 2018, or earlier, following repayment of a further US$1.5 million to SSGI and Romanian assets re-charged to Mercuria."
As far as I am aware :
1. the final repayment of $1.5 m is still to be confirmed .
2. Confirmation is required by 31st December .
The way I see it we can`t move on with Mercuria until the charge is officially released so that Mercuria can take a new charge on the Romanian assets .
(You can`t remortgage your house until you have resource in place to repay the current lender !)
There have been a lot of confusing statements surrounding all this so I`m really not sure where we stand !

I have to say that I am just a little (?) bit disappointed with the current situation and the consequential sp .
I had hoped that if further funds were required AP would have been able to take a short term bridging loan from a conventional Bank , specifically a Romanian Bank , rather than what appears to be the sub optimal arrangement with Bergen .
Whatever , I`m sticking with this and bought another chunk today which at least improves my average . I`m thinking that Zimbabwe may turn out to be the white knight here .
Hopefully AP will deliver , and not turn out to be the typical crooked AIM Director .
