Negotiated trade only, they won’t do quote and deal. It means you have to take whatever price they offer, without knowing what it will be. Very good news if it’s buys with the price going up - means they don’t have any stock to sell. Not so good when the situation is reversed.

They have to pay 40p to exercise the warrants, so I reckon they will want at least a 48p selling price to make it worth their while. But given the volume, it looks like the market could soak them up in a few hours. Don’t forget, AVCT shares more or less doubled in value as soon as the placing and subscription there was out of the way. It should be completed here by Weds morning.

That was the uncrossing trade

When the other Covid plays start doing placings because that’s the only way they can raise cash the crows will come home to roost. There is a lot of genuine upside here still, but at the moment people are chasing the next fast buck, and over trading. The market giveth and the market taketh away.

Last time I saw two placing back to back was when GWMO was getting pumped, a few years back. By pure luck I’d sold out the day before the second placing there.

Even with the action yesterday this is still largely under the radar of most Covid investors
