A pandemic sweeps the globe causing the greatest economic damage since WW2. It was always a case of when, not if, but still, it has caught Governments around the world on the hop. Seeing the death rate, and economic devastation, will they overlook a potential testing route to manage this outbreak now, or those still to come? Of course not. Antibodies, affimers and aptamers will all get a thorough run out so that they can be field tested. Anything less would be grossly irresponsible negligence. This will get developed.

I did think the selling would finish before midday, but didn’t reckon on it continuing through the day. I think it might have finished today, we’ll see on Monday. But buying pressure is still strong and positive, so I’m still optimistic, and like leansniper I don’t want to sell out too early on this one having done it repeatedly. Have a good weekend all.

I think the Peterhouse crew have something of a reputation for flipping placings etc very very quickly. It’s been a bit of a drag, sure, but on the upside, it must have been just about completely cleared away now. It’s hard to believe that there will be much overhang going forward, and we’ve got it out of the way. Probably some stale holders clearing out too. Good to get some fresh blood in here.

The number of tests needed continues to ramp up. Doubling every few weeks. This increasing demand is not going to plateau for a while yet. And it is not going to go away. Ignore the doomers who can’t get that staggeringly huge demand for a new product has appeared virtually overnight. Anyone who can make a test kit will be able to monetise it.

Yes it is right. Incredible volume. 17.5% of the company after placings and warrants. If it keeps up the sellers will simply have been flushed out. Really can’t be long now.

My opinion only of course, but I don’t understand why you’re blowing hit and cold in just two days. Sometimes these th8ngs take a bit of time to gain traction.

Buys alone are over 8.5% of the undiluted shares in issue. And the volumes have been huge for the last week. We must be getting close to the sellers being overwhelmed and cleared out by this scale of buying.

Don’t get scared out. Once the selling from the placing and warrants have cleared this is gonna skyrocket. Seen it before with stale holders and places bailing early.

We’ve churned through the two placings, and we’re probably churning through the warrants now. There is still strong buying interest. As soon as they are done we’ll really start rerating. Coronavirus is here to stay and it’s going to change the way we live. Testing is going to become like drinking water. Many many test kits will be needed.

I don’t think this is the warrants yet. Still the placing clearing, the second tranche was meant to hit the market this morning. There is strong buying, and has been all week. Don’t forget the relatively small number of shares. When this gets going it can do a GDR.

Maybe early, but this virus isn’t going away. It’s going to fundamentally change how we live, probably forever. Testing will be the new norm, and they’ll be needed repeatedly. It’s a huge new market with room for many participants.

It’s worth pointing out how many’s shares are in issue for Covid plays.
