MMS don’t manipulate the price. Okay they do play games, but those are very short term. There is at least one large seller here, maybe more. The delayed trade sales have been relentless. Since the placing really. Unfortunately this sort of thing can go on longer than you’d believe possible. On a more positive note, We still have a small number of shares in issue, and the proportion being churned is healthy - was it 3% of the company traded yesterday?
There are numerous bits of news that will help this return to the highs. Revenue will be the key of course.

4 explains why no TR1s even when website info on major holders has been updated
5 provides clear Guidance on when we might get sales orders - I accept that this is related to regulatory approvals.

It is possible that they were going to announce the placing on Weds 6 May, but with the price running away from them they panicked and rushed it out - maybe on the advice of their broker. Suspending trading would have had the exact same effect.

Of all the AIM covid stocks, only NCYT has made sales and generated income. Pretty substantial income, it has to be said. GDR are the next closest to generating income. We have a product which has already cleared one regulatory hurdle, and we must be on the brink of booking orders.
An sp of £3.62 would give us the same market cap as NCYT has now, 50% down from its peak.

The Divoc website says “ DIVOC has applied for regulatory clearance in India. ” If the company can announce tomorrow or Friday morning that it has that regulatory clearance that in itself will be a major hurdle overcome on the way to sales. I don’t see that they can have sales orders in a India without this - although maybe in territories covered by the CE approval. Any clarification about Divoc would be helpful.

And GDR is closer to actually making Covid related sales than any of it’s AIM pharma peers. Apart from NCYT of course. Who have shown how much sales revenue can be generated, and quickly.

At least volume is up. Maybe this is the last surge to clear the seller. We can live in hope anyway.

Nathan, partly because the uncrossing trade last night was 10p higher than the shares had been trading immediately before, so an extra 10p drop is being reported.

Ncyt is holding up, and going up, because it has sales and income. Out of all the covid plays, GDR is the closest to being in second place to actually start selling and generating income. Once sales are booked we will Stop being a speculative play.

And the 44,000 shares bought just after 5pm yesterday at £1.57.

Look at total volume compared to reported buys and sells. There is still a seller in the background. Just hope they’re done by the time news on sales drops.

Lockdown and social distancing was being broken comprehensively with huge numbers flocking to the beaches in the heatwave. The protests in many cities have seen social distancing totally disregarded. Health professional I know are saying informally that they are bracing for a second wave, Which they think could be worse than the first. Given the huge economic damage caused by the lockdown, the Government won’t want to prolong that, unless it is clear that the NHS will be overwhelmed. This pandemic is far from over.

Total volume today, over 2% of the company, was just over double reported buys and sells, so there will be more late reported trades tomorrow. But it definitely feels like the seller has run out of steam. Fingers crossed.

With NCYT not securing France, and AVCT doing the dirty, this seems to leave GDR as the most robust Covid player left standing.

Dream. Buys, 540,293. Sells, 238,987. And yet, total volume is 1,310,337. So there is over 500,000 volume unaccounted for, which will be late reported over the next day or so. Given the sp performance, I’m guessing they were mainly sells, that the seller is still churning them out, and that we have not yet hit a price so low that the seller baulks. On the other hand, the unaccounted for trades today are over 1% of all shares in issue, and although declining, there’s been big volume over the last week.
