He has delivered getting a ODX into the UKRTC, which makes this company part of the UK’s contingency planning to provide resilience against this, and possible future pandemics. This underpins the company in a way which other Covid plays just don’t have.

Chuggly the MMs have been playing tricks with the wide spread to obscure what are buys and what are sells for at least a couple of weeks now. Nothing we can do about it. Tom, I absolutely think you should be buying as many as possible. You’ve seen Sam Pullcox’s thought (any relation btw?) Remortgage your business as many times as possible. Remortgage your house. Sell your in-laws. I understand the Triads offer very keen interest rates on loans, so I’d max those out. You seem to have a line in playing up to racial stereotypes - I’m sure you could monetise that somehow. Buy buy buy until you can buy no more.

Interesting article Gazza. But the consortium is not just about now, it’s about creating permanent resilience. So the Govt are not just going to cut them dead. Also, ODX is the Scottish bit of this political construct. From my long years in Govt I can assert with some certainty that the Jocks always get their money. And always more than their fair share too. Finally, the pandemic is at different stages in different countries. India is in a very bad place right now. We must be close to getting full clearance to start selling there (the technical data submission - an update on that would be welcome). The Indians will avoid buying from China just now if they can. These are still real and strong positives. If testing is pointless, NCYT should be trading under £1. And AVCT at just pennies.

Can’t honestly see II selling their placing shares at a loss straight away. They may have earlier on, and started the downward trend, but it’s snowballed with panicky novice investors selling out. Lots of people were and still are in profit. I’d be amazed if the placing got voted down. Let’s see what happens when it’s sorted. Remember AVCT placing at 18p a couple of months ago. It flew after that.

Think we might have hit the bottom there when, very briefly, you could buy under 40p. Well done those that did, I missed it.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t trust either of them as far as I could throw them. Separately, not together.

If they report that the OO was oversubscribed, the sp will recover, to over 50p is my guess. If not, it may dip below OO price, in which case it’ll be time to double down. My hunch is that including the extra that people have applied for, it’s over-subscribed. Time will tell.

So has this gone up in anticipation of full tanker news?

Possibly the biggest positive from the news today is the big jump up in volume Which will help the placing get digested quicker. The volume was huge on DF day, then dropped. Today will hopefully be another monster volume day.
