Kissime the sp nearly tripled between Thursday 30 April, probably when placing was agreed, and Tuesday 5th May, when the announcement was rushed out, probably in a panic at the way the Price was running ahead. You can’t just pick up the phone and order a placing like its takeaway fast food. Be realistic. We’ll get back to the highs. And beyond. On revenues.

But why? Why would they want sells to register as buys? Anyone got L2? Are all the brokers in on this?

Callie, just because Blair got forced into Iraq by his buddy Bush doesn’t mean we should disregard everything he ever says. It would be like condemning Churchill because some of his views a hundred years ago don’t meet the highest politically correct standards today. The point is, serious politicians like Blair and Hague are now saying that there will have to be colossal testing. Look through the panicky selling to the opportunity here.

Looking at the volume and trades it does see, that the MMs have just marked us down in line with the wider market drop. Buying is still strong.

From the perspective of very short term UK market sentiment, just the Covid bubble has deflated a bit. From the perspective of Government, I can assure you they are cacking themselves about a second wave. In terms of what they’ve already spent, and the economic costs and lost tax as a result, the cost of tests is a drop in the ocean. If we can get orders and sales, our model will be validated.

At the end of February, When NCYT was starting to report early sales - totalling around £1m back in those early days - their sp was £1.10.

I accept that affimers look good, but I’m not convinced myself that they justify X5 market cap without regulatory approval to GDR’s product with CE approval. Anyway, time will tell. If the price continues to drift down I’m going to double up here If it gets to my target averaging down price. Sadly I don’t have the wherewithal to absorb all the sales.
