I agree, it was a sell. Most likely a large chunk of the options. With the DPMR option sales reported from Monday, which I hope were separate, that should be most of the options washed through. Disappointing they didn't hold on to them for more than five minutes, but it does mean they're not now available to be immediately sold into any good news. Which should be soon.

It's main use would be in PPE rather than lift buttons. Just in the subject if lift buttons, if everyone entering the building used hand sanitiser on the way in, and then during the day, the buttons should not become a transmission point. Remember to wash your hand.

I', happy to wait and see crazymje, if you are. But you're spamming this board multiple times a day with your 'doubts'. Give it a rest already. And there's no need to start on the big 'I am' that all your investments are hugely in profit and everyone else is underwater. I play this as a game. I've been playing for 30 years. Sometimes I make loads, and sometimes I lose loads. But either way, I get the rush.

I don't know what Symphony's d2p "Viricidal Activity Agent" is. But let's say its bleach. I'm sure you would agree that that will kill bovine corona and covid-19 (well, you'll probably argue it, but there we go). The technical challenge is building it in to the plastic as it is manufactured, so that it remains active through the lifetime of that plastic product. And it is that technical challenge that SYM have tackled and surmounted.

Anyway I'm just hopeful that Mjecrazy was just trying to keep the price down until their salary hit their account at month end (today) so they could invest here.

Watching them big each other up was curiously like watching one person controlling two avatar puppets and play acting a discussion between them. Crazy, don't you think the Eurofins official report on the efficacy of the Viricidal Activity Agent will suffice? IMO the biggest risk at the moment is that this is caveated. If not though, I petsonally expect immediate take up by manufacturers. BTW, plenty if Chinese manufacturers were perfectly happy to promote and sell test kits with very poor reliability levels. But here we are only talking about an additional hygiene measure built into PPE. Most of the PPE hygiene comes from the article itself, not what its made of. Single use too. We're not talking about a new component for an aeroplane engine, where failure could be catastrophic.

In all honesty, fuelofthefuture, if the Directors immediately sell all of the shares they've just acquired by exercising options, I'd find that a bit worrying. Some, yes, to cover the purchase price and meet any tax obligations, but all? I don't think so.

I understand where you're coming from Crazyfund. But have you seen the amount of stuff the Govt have bought which has turned out to be useless? They have to keep buying single use PPE, and lots of it. How much extra would the PPE cost if it was treated with SYM's anti-viral? It's a possible extra layer of protection on top of that already provided by the PPE product. Sure they hsve to play safe with drugs, but with masks, gowns and gloves?

To an extent I think Delgarno and Crazyfund are both right. This does need further testing to provide cast iron proof. But, on the other hand, it's not like giving people drugs that haven't been adequately tested for potentially very harmful side effects. Where is the harm in manufacturing one time use PPE with an inbuilt element that is 95% likely to stop virus transmission. Especially now, with what looks like a third wave in China, a second wave already building in Europe, and expected here in the UK in a fortnight. Given the immense cost already, why not fork out an extra billion for PPE if it can help get on top of this! As I said a few days ago, the UK govt has already spent £14 billion on PPE alone to combat Covid 19. And remember all the screams about there not being enough at the start? They've spent that in the last few months. Why not spend now to take every possible precaution?

Ogm4, it depends when it comes. Right now 50p would be a very generous offer. So under £100m. If they wait until the covid protection element is proved and selling, maybe up to £1. Left to itself, providing the company can prove this up, and sell it effectively, I have no idea. We'd have to see sales figures &projections, and know what the margins are, to attempt to value it. But clearly the potential market is colossal.
