Interesting to see the way things are shaping with the announcements that the NYSE, via its parent company Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), is developing a blockchain-based platform for 24/7 trading and on-chain settlement of tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, aiming for instant settlement with stablecoins and offering fractional shares, pending regulatory approval, blending traditional exchange tech with digital assets for broader access and continuous markets.

This initiative is part of ICE's larger digital strategy, working with major banks to create always-on market infrastructure for tokens, including tokenized deposits, to meet growing investor demand for nonstop trading.

No I get all that, and, again, you as a LTH know the score. Things can slip. It’s always a danger for Junior exploration company CEO’s to give target dates. They are damned if they do; damned if they don’t.

So, that’s why, in my response to you, I avoided the Q3 slippage because I don’t think it’s relevant here, and just wanted to deal with facts. I am not saying you are wrong in considering that this may be additionally linked to some sort of corporate venture. It is simply that that is conjecture and I am trying to avoid that although my own views do differ.

All I was arguing against was the suggestion of unprofessionalism and that why the Q3 point wasn’t relevant to that. Something has clearly gone on with the MRE prep., (Your Q3 slippage IS no doubt relevant on that point) and we will get to the bottom of it all eventually.

Please can we look at facts.

We had a vague suspension RNS, which was followed 2 and a half hours later by a second which simply had the additional information that the situation was to do with the preparation of the MRE. There had been no mention of anything else until the third suspension RNS mentioned the (MRE) incorporation of work around the nickel assets.

Whatever has transpired necessitated a suspension. This decision will not have been taken lightly and shows professionalism by the Landore SLT rather than anything else.

We were told that they were aiming for mid January to release news and we are in that window now, irrespective of the abject nonsense uttered by cretins who don’t understand the meaning of phrases such as ‘coming days’ or ‘mid January’.

You have been in this game long enough to know how this works. You will have opinions about what is going on behind the scenes at the moment, whilst I have mine which no doubt differ. The facts, however, are the facts and cannot be argued with.

Interesting to see that new neighbours Hemlo Mining Corporation are continuing to bolster its Senior Leadership Team.

Firstly, Garett Macdonald has been appointed Vice President Operations, and will also assume responsibilities of General Manager at the Hemlo Mine, supported by Deputy General Manager Dennis Bigras. In this role, Mr. Macdonald will report to Eric Tremblay, Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Macdonald is a professional mining engineer with over 30 years of industry experience in mine operations, project development and corporate leadership.

In addition, Perry Blanchard has been appointed Vice President of Sustainability, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in environment, health and safety management in the mining industry. Most recently, Mr. Blanchard served as Vice President, Environment and Sustainability at Maritime Resources Corp., where he led the Hammerdown Project through environmental assessment, permitting, construction transition, and ultimately acquisition by New Found Gold Corp. in November 2025.

It is clear that HMC mean business as it looks to establish itself as a leading Canadian mid-tier growth-focused gold producer, with an immediate focus on maximizing the value of the Hemlo Gold Mine's existing infrastructure through a fit-for-purpose operating approach, while unlocking new opportunities through “aggressive brownfields exploration.”

There is little doubt in my mind that HMC is a very ambitious new company who do not intend simply sitting back and draining the vestiges of gold from the old Hemlo pit. They are exploring neighbouring areas, and so will be watching the activities of First Class Metals like a hawk. The results of our maiden scout drill programme on the DOT will be very much on their radar.

It would be good to know if MS or JK have touched base with them yet. A Zoom chat over a cuppa and a Custard Cream would do no harm. Good assays and our timing akin to this news, as well as continued pog increases, could be absolutely perfect.

On December 10th, Fcm confirmed that around 200 core samples had been dispatched to the Thunder Bay laboratory for assay analysis. That’s getting on for about a month. Actlabs confirm that, depending on a number of factors, their tat (as they call turnaround times) can be as little as four weeks and this is not fast track!

My point is that the results of some early assays could very possibly be known now.

As a newcomer here, it seems to be all about trust now Acker.

Confirmation of past mistakes; and a clear cut plan to move this forward to production.

Is that right or a joke?

We should certainly expect to see further 8.3’s before the submission deadline.

This is simply to do with transparency rules under the takeover code which requires notification of holdings above 1 per cent. This is done through the submission of Form 8.3.

General market rules require notification when holdings exceed 3 per cent. Notification is then x TR1 which I suspect is where the confusion is coming.

Form 8.3’s do not show increases or reductions in holdings as do TR1’s from time to time. 8.3’s simply show what is held at the time of the requirement if you are over one per cent.

The below is a confirmation of the situation from July RNS.

We know from interview with MS that we are waiting on LiDAR dataset review. Clearly Fcm are wanting to be in a position to report on the Sunbeam position in its entirety which makes sense. Also note that the OJEP grant app had been submitted by July with a focus on the Roy trend.

· Extensive soil sampling programme completedOver 500 A-horizon samples collected across 4km of the Roy structure - now in the laboratory, targeting gold-in-soil anomalies along this key trend.

· Very Low Frequency ("VLF")-magnetic survey192 stations across 3.8km of grid surveyed; data undergoing interpretation to refine targets ahead of possible drill planning.

· Historic shafts located and sampledProspecting rediscovered the 113 feet deep B43 shaft, with grab samples showing visible chalcopyrite and galena. B45 not yet located.

· Roy structural review suggests Hammond Reef-style potentialStructural report by Prof. M.L. Hill confirms key controls on Roy trend; further petrology and core review recommended.

· LiDAR dataset under expert reviewThird-party consultants are interpreting terrain data to sharpen structural models across the broader corridor.

· 2025 Ontario Junior Explorers Programmes ("OJEP") grant application submittedFourth consecutive year FCM has applied - this time focused on advancing the Roy zone following encouraging field results.

Perhaps so. It’s certainly going to be the start of a news rich period for Fcm:

79th Group shares potential buyer, asset sale, tokenisation of asset, 2025 Sunbeam fieldwork results (and hopefully release of plans at Sunbeam for 2026), and results of maiden drill programme for gold at North Hemlo.

Also in the mix is the question of Zig Zag after another 14.6 per cent rise in the price of Lithium last week, and, of course, what could happen if NH results are good. Our new neighbour will be watching out for those

like a hawk.

Its a good point. I wonder what Fcm release strategy will be on the results?

They may await all results as they are allowed to do OR, if early assays do confirm gold, and at interesting grade and /or interval, they may release those results immediately without waiting for further assays.

Its a risk but I don’t want to miss out! Decisions; decisions!!🤔

They said that remaining core was being sawn and prepped right up to Christmas Eve, so if they have worked between, say, Boxing Day and now, there is a fair chance that ALL the remaining samples have been transported to, and booked in with, the lab.

The first batch of samples (holes #1 to #6 I think) were sent just prior to Dec 10 so there is a pretty good chance that initial assays could be reported before too long. 👍👍👍

And, btw, an article I read yesterday (you can only scoff so much!) suggests Li deficit in 2026 now!

And that’s to say nothing of the current situation with gold and silver prices. Silver today is up to 74.93 usd/oz with meteoric rises in gold prices continuing. (Now 4513.63!!)

Whilst we wait anxiously for confirmation of gold in assay from North Hemlo core, I checked back on previous assays from NH grabs for silver….?

“Furthermore, the prospecting in the vicinity of the stripped area reported a 0.5ppm (0.5g/t) in a grab sample 30 metres north of the 2.3pppm showing / stripped area and also reported up to 0.43% copper, whilst a second sample anomalous in gold reported 7g/t Ag (Silver) and 0.33% Cu.” (From Dead Otter update 20 Jan 25).

1. Spodumene. Another lift overnight for a rise of $50 to $1490 [3.47%]. Ever better for Zig Zag as Lithium price rises opens door for second trend drilling OR asset sale interest!

2. LOI asset sale. Asset not confirmed but my money on Kerrs as likely favourite with NI43-101 gold resource. News due January. Funding for further NH expo, and for SB, would be secured when disposal successfully completed.

3. Asset tokenisation LOI also still ongoing. News due January.

4. Sunbeam 2025 exploration programme results must be due imminently as LiDAR dataset review has to near completion. Results could confirm ‘district scale’ gold potential and nail down a 2026 drill programme.

5. AND…….North Hemlo pilot drill programme now completed. Core looking prospective for gold from ALL 10 holes😎 Initial 200 samples were dispatched to Actlabs just before 10 Dec whilst remaining new samples were being prepped right up to the 24th. Initial assays expected January and could confirm a new GOLD DISCOVERY.

Oh I know 😂😂 but suppose it had been official. A bit of overtime for Arnold doing a sneaky one sample assay and a pre festive RNS confirmation of gold in core.

We need a bit of ‘Good Cheer’ generally I think. But it’s looking rather promising.
