Sunbeam (Roy) Scout Drilling Programme23 Feb 2026 15:32
# One
Interesting but rather intense period for First Class Metals just recently. The factors of North Hemlo drilling results, 79th Group legacy, and the recent CLN agreements, have demonstrated a ‘three strand convergence’ obviously raising questions about geology, capital structure, and, of course, confidence.
And very much with these factors in mind, we look forward to positive news about the OJEP grant application, and long standing LOI’s concerning asset sale, and asset tokenisation. Additionally, it was, for me, very reassuring to read the very detailed information contained in today’s RNS concerning the Roy Trend at Sunbeam.
Details of the very positive looking 2025 ground works are there to be read in full; soil sampling looking decent albeit A rather than B horizon samples (a question for the team re rationale?) and degree to which such soil sampling informed the drill programme planning along what is now described as a 4 km long robust gold anomaly. There are, of course, many other factors that will also have ‘pointed the way’.
