Initial hype was not built upon unfortunately, so momentum has been lost.

That said, looks like Alex’s team has been hard at it; both getting to grips with the fundamentals with Tect assistance etc, as well as more early stage geo chem sampling.

Once results of these are known, alongside what the core infill sampling tells us, I suspect we will start to see increased market interest, especially as we head towards the new teams maiden drill programme still expected to kick off Q1.

Landore are now looking at this matter. I don’t know the motive or full rationale, but a share swop of some kind on the remaining 10 per cent seems to be the likely option potentially during H1. Obviously no details on fine print such as value / ratio or anything like that.

The NH and SB prospects are decent. The size of the things isgood in one way, especially when we are getting the au showings that we are, but, equally, the district scale aspect means that spend has to be very carefully considered to maximise value adding, versus expo cost. This is certainly an issue that Fcm are acutely aware of.

Couple of points if I may.

Firstly, you are right in that the RNS 170724 stated that there was an intention to commence a July drilling programme. Our group noticed that at the time and questioned it as the new CEO had not yet even taken the reins!

“Such appointment, targeted for 8 July 2024 following the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting, remains subject to satisfactory completion of our Nominated Adviser's requisite due diligence process and, in the meantime, Mr Shaw will assume the role of CEO in a non-board capacity with effect from 17 June 2024”.

We must presume, therefore, that the July drilling comment was, in fact, a clerical error that had nothing at all to do with Alex. Ancient history now anyway.

Since then, however, his team have carried out a major technical review, with help from the South African Tect group, and now will have a far greater independent understanding of the ore body. It will be interesting to see how much their views coincide, or conflict, with the old guard.

Results of this, along with results from the summer and autumn soil sampling, channel sampling of (east of Bam east) outcrops, and the core infill sampling, will direct the first 3500m of drilling scheduled for start next year. Interestingly though Scott, I am reading start dates as either Q1 2025, or ‘early 2025’ which are effectively the same.

you are reading this right. positive (for au) analysis of historic untested core is tantamount to a drilling programme. without actually drilling!

the rns of 300924 contained the following comment: “infill sampling of historical drill core in areas of interest identified following reinterpretation of the existing geological model, scheduled to commence in q4 2024”. this process has started, and we know from x (twitter) on 151124 that sections of historical core have already started being prepped, and transported to the lab. clearly, the core, from areas of interest, has allowed the geo’s to form the views made clear in the comment you have identified. likely candidates would be:

1. possibly sections of core that were not previously sampled because funds were tight at the time.

2. after reviewing the sections, as may have spotted unsampled core adjacent to core that had returned positive au results. this is a type of “closing off” a positive section.

3. the new re interpretation may suggest that some areas, previously considered non-prospective, could now possibly be prospective. the only way to test this is to sample the core.

4. sometimes the core is truly re-sampled with another cut taken from the half sample that was left in the core tray from the original sampling. this is called "quartering". it can be done for a variety of reasons, such as investigating co**** gold and spotty gold. co**** gold has, we know, been previously encountered at bam.

decent results from this exercise, potentially leading to resource and gold grade increase, as well as possible resource status upgrade, (additional at indicated or even measured) would be the cheapest ‘drilling’ programme imaginable.

Fantastic. So first (infill) core sample dispatch date was on, or prior to the 14th November. Presumably delivered to the lab (if in Thunder Bay) by this weekend, so analysis could start as early as next week depending on waiting times.

Results certainly during Q1 I would expect.

Interesting to see short video clip of Alex today visiting the LJR, scoping power potential for future mining activities at Landore’s Bam project….

One of the early steps in evaluating a potential new mining operation is a scoping study that evaluates potential challenges. Scoping leads to pre-feasibility and then feasibility studies, each with a higher level of confidence.

For many new such projects, costs around the development and provision of infrastructure can be significant, and major infrastructure components include electrical power, water and transport.

You could read as little or as much as you like into his visit, but my view, fwiw, is that this is another significant milestone as the Bam technical review draws to a close.

really interesting to see that alex has decided to press ahead with this, and confirmed so in yesterday’s video clip.

interestingly enough, old bill spoke about doing the same in his later years; especially after finding gold in the gabbro hanging wall at bam east.

and on that point, bear in mind that all eyes currently seem to be to the east of the bam east pit.

in brief though, there can be a few reasons for deciding to infill sample:

1. there are sections of core that were not sampled because a junior company sometimes does not have the funds to sample all the core. senior companies, without exception, sample all their drill core. junior companies have to watch the pennies.

2. after reviewing the sections as may have spotted unsampled core adjacent to core that had returned positive au results. this is a type of “closing off” a positive section.

3. a new interpretation may have been done that suggests that some areas, previously considered non-prospective, could now be prospective. the only way to test this is to sample the core.

it is a complex issue and there could be many reasons for going back. the results of this program will be very significant.

That short video of Alex clears up a couple of points:

Seems (August commenced) soil sampling campaign completed, and now submitted for analysis. We could possibly see results before Xmas depending on lab capacity.

Secondly, confirmation that AS has been involved with team in identifying which (historic) core sections will be submitted for the infill drilling programme.

Great to see that we are back in the game of gold exploration. It has been a while!

It is clear from both September RNS’s, that the intended initial drive is (or was?) going to concentrate to the east of Bam, along strike, and towards Toronto Lake.

I am particularly interested in whether this will still be their intention, once the full report from Tect is in. I appreciate that there will have been verbal discussions during their week at Junior Lake, but the full report will no doubt play a major part in Alex’s optimised drill plans for the 3,500.

With this in mind, I reviewed the Cube Tech report this morning. The NI 43-101 compliant document, dated 9-5-22, details their recommendations.

“Cube concurs with the Landore opinion that there is significant potential to expand Bam etc etc”.

Furthermore, it continues “The current 3d model interpretation……future drilling should target the eastern extension of the Bam sequence”. And also “gold mineralisation remains open down dip, providing additional open pit and possible underground targets for future drill programs”.

All eyes seem to be on Bam east extension. Will Tect agree?

A key point for me is that the new team are particularly keen to upgrade reliability of resource estimation (from inferred and indicated, to indicated and measured), whilst also improving the grade. Not only will value be significantly enhanced, but will clear the way for PFS.

And, this is just Bam, which remains open to East, West, and, potentially very significantly, depth.

Apologies if I appear rampy. My problem is that although we have had a rough ride corporately over the last couple of years, we have never seen Bam fail to deliver on results.

The question that every shareholder should be considering is just how big could this thing could be. We have generally drilled to just 250 metres, give or take. Bam remains open throughout , and archaean greenstone can show mineralisation up to, and beyond, 4 kilometres into the earths crust.

In 2021, we were informed that interpretive work and conceptual modelling had been conducted by Landore's senior geological consultant, (presumably Chris Cooper) as well as other independent engineers. I do not know who that team was but was possibly Emerald Geological Services?

Anyhow, the work indicated the gold mineralization at Bam resides within a series of tabular shaped zones oriented in a roughly en-echelon configuration, generally parallel to the overall strike of the host rock units (east-southeast direction).

 

Shoots (Mullions) of significant gold mineralization within the BAM east pit and BAM west pit zones were interpreted to dip approximately 30º to the west. Preliminary interpretation of those 2020 drilling results indicated the potential for repeating shoots of SIGNIFICANT gold mineralization along strike east and west of the defined BAM resource.

Whilst many are looking forward to drilling commencing, I am way more interested at this stage in what TECT have to say (their site visit was conducted 12th to 18th September) especially in view of Alex’s comments in interview about Bam potential.

The key point for me is how close their deliberations are to those historical conclusions, and whether their degree of optimism for the project has been enhanced.

I honestly cannot wait to see what they say. This South Africa based structural geological team are the first (I am sh pure we can say) INDEPENDENT fresh pair of eyes on Bam since 2016. (there were no site visits of this type mentioned at all during the (For Sale) strategic review).

We cannot underestimate the importance of their conclusions. Exciting times at last.

Great to hear from you and chuffed to bits that you are still around. Number of years!!! Honestly Mads, I dare not think about it!

We need to have a chat really. So much to catch on. Active membership of the Landore Action Group has taken its toll on me, but now, like you, feeling very positive about this. I know we have been here before, but things really have a different feel.

I have spoken to loads of people over the months, geologists included, and the story is always the same. Bam (not even including the rest of the belt on JL) could be big. Really big. Humphries always thought the same . Dear old Bill! I just know that if I had sold out, after everything, I would miss out.

I really like the feel of this now. This guy has some serious backers, and I love the way he is going about things in these first few months. Very very methodical and reassuring. Be very interesting to see what the South Africans make of things won’t it? Sounds like the Luso team are leaving no stone unturned before they commence the exciting stuff.
