It is a good point creaser…knowing when to sell is soooo hard. And the actual pressing of the sell button is difficult as well.
I was in Greatland when a poster with a following like Christ used to talk about sitting on hands. Many did as a result such was the esteem in which he was held.
The sp went to 38p. Have a look where it is now!
Yeah, having that decision requirement taken away might be useful.
1.2p (ish) per share eh Chadster?
Mymy indeed,
What an average. You could buy 50,000,000 (fifty million) for just 30 grand at £0.0006 (.06p). Nice one.
Are you disputing the fact Fosters, or asking for a time of event?
Samroy,
Don’t know if you’ recall, but, funnily enough, BH informed us, during a Proactive interview, that Xstrata had once had a very good look at our nickel assets. ( It’s rare he lets the cat out the bag). Unfortunately, we were shy of a resource big enough to tempt them but they did have a good chat over custard creams. Xstrata merged with Glencore in 2012.
Obviously we have done zero nickel drilling since so resource has remained static. On the flip side, nickel price has started moving in right direction, and the demand curve has moved for obvious reasons.
No conclusion. Just thoughts.

Simple Simon,
The point I made appears to have been completely missed. I was not comparing Kodal to Sirius. I just used Sirius as an example of utter surety in my mind which eventually proved erroneous.
My argument is that I am now armed with the experience and EVEN with that I see Kodal as a great investment and so am buying.
Sat at home pondering the Kodal question. Been in since 2016. Aware of fundamentals and potential. Like many, I am obviously not sure which way this will bounce (Sale or funding to production independently or in JV). Either way, with resource we have, and Lith doing what it is, I just can’t realistically find fault.
I have been in this position before with a fine looking company called Sirius but got out with a tidy profit before the issues began. That I got out in time was down to old fashioned good luck and not a strategically good call by me. The reason is I share this is because I learned a lesson and now know that all ‘dead certs’ are not necessarily so.
All that said, BA admitted we were having offers, informal though they were hence no announcement. Many CEO’s don’t do that. We know therefore that there is industry interest. Why would there not be? So I come back to BA’s “tantalisingly close” comment. Lithium on the rise and all I read predicts shortages and associated climbing price. Lithium, like gold, is not going away.
No one can make a decision for me, but I have made it.
Time to Buy.

Thanks Shy,
I suppose that would make sense if a base level from SC perspective rather than a buyout bottom line?
Hi Merc, Daz, (or Anyone)
Re this para from last weeks options RNS:
“In the event of a change of control of the Company or a sale of greater than 80% of the interest in the Project, then all Share Options relating to the financing or permitting hurdle vest immediately, and subsequent options relating to production vest at 50% due to the removal of this opportunity. The value of any proposed sale of the Project must have a nominal share value of greater than £0.0038 for the Share Options to vest.”
I am keen to know if you take a view about the .38 of a pence figure. It’s obviously not random, and suggests to me a baseline figure only above which would their share options vest. It surely isn’t a ‘bottom line’ is it? I cannot, for any reason, see a company presumably in the middle of negotiations declaring such a hand. I suspect I am missing something that may relate to an historical agreement with the Chinese.
Any ideas gratefully received.
Cheers.

Ps I am still in deep Merc :-)
Samval,
Landore have contacted me in respect of a letter I sent asking for clarification about the intended 2022/2023 campaign intended to run parallel with ongoing SR.
The key points of vagueness came about as original 15,000 (see 24/5/22) concentrated on Bam (infill) and Felix (expo) at 7,500 a piece was complicated by new references to Lamaune drilling (au) and Carrot Top adjacent to Lamaune Fe.
Response from Landore confirms that 7,500 is earmarked for Felix as per 22/5 and Bam also retains its proposed 7,500 however the intention (as it stands) is to commence when winter starts to set in in late October.
Therefore there has, as I understand it, been no meterage reduction to account for less funds.
All that said Samval, we are all aware that this game is open to change depending on any number of factors. Especially at this point in time.

I think your reply was for AM90 greendave. I wasn’t involved in POG discussion.
Grenade,
To clarify if I may.
What BH actually said was that Geo chemical (sampling) results are ‘trickling through’, however, that does not necessarily mean that Landore will
actually report on them. They may not. The main function of this ground work is infill at Felix to help define the drilling which, importantly, is only due to start this month. (May have started within the last fortnight therefore). We are weeks away from any drill assays.
Pssst. Have you not heard Paris……..
The source is Billy the Print. (He always sits in a corner in the pub; never has a dog with him….)
Apparently we have sold out to WeBuyAnyLithium.com . They are based in Knott End near Fleetwood.
Mums the word….shhhhh

Nah Daz,
The big question is why Pilbeam still can’t pronounce his name? She persists in calling him Bearnaaaard Alwood. Perhaps she has him pegged for a frog!
Bernard as in Burnard, and Aylwood as in Alewud.
Think on Katie yer daft mare!
Not for me Crumbles; it’s the next one that I hope will be THE biggie!!
Hi Crumbles,
No I knew that. You are right, it is too early. I was just being daft on a boring Monday morning!
Like you, I just can’t wait for the update but am managing (just about) to learn the lesson of patience!
Morning Crumbles,
A couple of cheeky points if I may …..
Ol’ Bearnaaaaard sez work will be finished (and I quote) “in the next few weeks”. May have to wait a bit yet for th’rns.
The second point relates to the word “wherefore”. This misuse used to to drive my English Literature master potty.
‘Wherefore’ in Shakespearean English meant WHY and not WHERE. It is obvious when you think about it as the balcony scene has Juliet speaking to Romeo from the balcony. She would not be asking where he was as he is stood a few feet in front of her.
What Juliet Capulet is asking is this. Why, in all the world, does Romeo, the man she has fallen for, have to be a member of the Montague family. (Capulets and Montagues had been feuding for many years). He could have been from any family but just happens to be a hated Montague.
So Romeo, Romeo, WHY (wherefore) art thou Romeo?
Up the KOD.

A gold property in the Lake Nipigon area with “multi-million ounce” potential is up for sale by Landore Resources.
The British company said in a news release that it’s started a “strategic review” of its Canadian assets. The board of directors would entertain a sale of its Junior Lake Project, particularly its BAM gold deposit, would consider a joint venture deal, a strategic partnership, or some kind of combination.
With 1.5 million ounces of gold in the ground, and more likely to be found, the company said its board believes the timing is right to put BAM on the block. Meanwhile, a drilling program is being queued up for July.
The company released a preliminary economic assessment (PEA) of BAM in February and an updated gold estimate, which showed a 50 per cent increase in resources.
Absolutely perplexing Mads; couldn’t agree more.
Associates and I have been mulling over this for a couple of weeks now and can only come up with one possible answer…
Is this a sort of plan B? In other words, if offers either do not come in, or if they DO come in but are derisory, is this to do with continuance up until they become an entity too hard to resist.
It’s a bit like the drilling plans. Business as usual UNLESS an acceptable offer lands before commencement of Felix mini campaign.
I have my ticket and overnight accommodation (with 3 days cancellation if necessary) sorted. Would not miss it for the world Mads!!
