Excellent news, and excited for the details. The nGRND CEO Lisa Wilson explained that any such deal with nGRND (the gold is never mined but retained underground in a literal storage vault!) is tokenised, amd the cash provided to the gold explorer is worked out via the formula of Ounces (currently 386,000 ounces but rumours suggest that may have been upgraded) times agreed price based on pog times percentage based on grade (currently inferred).

Non dilutive cash in the bank for further Kerrs work and upgrade leading to more cash from nGRND, and allows us to hammer Sunbeam which is a superb prospect.

Clearly, there is much to come, but this fits in with the interviews previously been given by the nGRND CEO. Fcm retail ownership of the underlying mineral title which presumably means they can continue to develop the resource either through infill or step out drilling.

The more ounces we confirm, and/or at an improved grade, the more cash we can obtain through the nGRND /Tokinvest tokenisation scheme.

Hot commissioning of a new spodumene flotation plant is achievable in as little as two weeks.

The Q2 target for completion of the current commissioning programme is therefore still very much in play.

Exactly the same with me. Pre production ‘final phase’ is a big statement to make (last op update) and that sold it for me. Taken a decent position so your risk v reward comment, from my own personal perspective , is mirrored.

Certainly won’t engage further with him, but to my mind, we might as well as be discussing another company now. The concerns, failures, difficulties and associated sp decline seem, to me, to be consigned to the past.

I am not, for a minute, saying there won’t be setbacks or difficulties as that is the nature of things. It is how they are managed that is important, and that is why I wondered what Jagliths issue with the ‘new boy’ were. He was unable, or unwilling, to provide a reasoned explanation so I simply will now cast that aside as an irrelevance.

I thought the news related to updates on the new Xinhai flotation plant working up to q2 commissioning. Am I in error?

This is a spectacular result. The initial Fcm pilot programme at Roy, aimed at understanding the nature of the mineralised system, has shown gold in all six initially reported holes. Unlike Hammond who report an average of under 1g/t, we are seeing the potential for, not only widespread ‘lower grade’ gold across the system (Hammond Reef style) but also pockets of high grade mineralisation such as the 45 g/t interval reported today. Hammond simply does not have gold at these kind of grades. The implication, therefore, is clear.

The RNS concludes that mineralisation is confirmed across 10km at Roy, and this is just a section of 1 trend. There are 3 others at Sunbeam, Burger and Pettigrew where high grade gold is already proven at grades of circa 18 g/t. The geologists believe that the results can be mirrored across the whole project area!

This voyage of discovery at Sunbeam has the potential to result in something absolutely massive.

i can’t believe they are actually taking the time to build the plant, when all they should be doing is waving a wand, throwing some beans, and uttering a few magic words. it is unbelievable that hill is so old school. this could be sorted in seconds. it really could.
