Absolutely goes to show that nothing is a given until the assays are out. Disappointing without a doubt, but have to say that years of investing in small cap expo companies has taught me to expect literally anything. Things can be explosively good, but that’s the risk!

Now we look to Sunbeam and I reckon we will find that MS takes a different approach as drill core appears, as you allude to. We will know soon enough as first core will be available for inspection by as early as Sunday or Monday if things go to plan.

Confirmation of 1000m (with provision for additional 500) pilot drill programme on the ROY TREND.

Rig mobilised and drilling expected to commence this coming weekend.

Our near neighbours continue to see success with their efforts to prove resource continuity and growth at depth.

Results reported today look very promising :

Hole 90102505 intersected 14.5 g/t Au over 3.6 metres, from the growth drilling program.

Hole 90102504 intersected 7.0 g/t Au over 2.4 metres, from the growth drilling program.

Hole 90102514 intersected 16.1 g/t Au over 3.3 metres, from the mineral resource conversion drilling program.

We simply MUST be close to seeing our own North Hemlo drilling results as well over two months since initial submissions.

I only know some limited stuff about Prem, and the trials and tribulations with Roach. Hope things continue to improve under Hill although he does (sorry 😁) have a hill to climb. He does have decent antecedents and doubt he will want to fail.

Fcm brass are top communicators and have maintained this as best they can during the LOI months. We are all desperate for firm news on divestment and asset tokenisation front, but the vibe is that we are nearing a conclusion.

Had you invested prior to the drill campaign on the DOT? Almost daily video updates as the programme developed which was great to see from two perspectives. Firstly was the technical side and speed at which they moved to complete pre Christmas even with a short forced break. The second was the barely constrained optimism from Marc Sale on visual inspection of the core from most, if not all, 10 holes. Obviously, things all went quiet once the samples were submitted for analysis but hoping that we start to see results imminently.

Other things still bubbling quietly; news due on Sunbeam drill plans (suspect Roy trend) and commencement date, 79th shares situation, and now, as discussed yesterday, what firm news may appear about Zig Zag intent, following the decision announced yesterday to accelerate payment.

The processing costs of the Lithium could be significantly lowered depending on the amounts of Rubidium available. Grades at ZZ seem generally comparable with South Aubry.

Additionally, sampling reported after the drill programme confirmed Rubidium was more widespread at ZZ.

If we have significant 3p ‘intrest’ 😏, I wonder if it could be Green Tech? Just checked out their latest company presentation and realised that they have uncovered significant Rubidium. Such is its scale, that they have pushed on development and now have established a maiden mineral resource estimate for Rubidium at North Aubry:

“GT1 Managing Director Cameron Henry said the discovery adds an exciting new dimension to the project’s strategic value. Seymour is well positioned to play a critical role in the global supply of this high-value specialty metal as one of the largest high-grade Rubidium resources on the ASX and the most substantial in Canada. The company plans to progress targeted test work to better understand Rubidium’s recovery potential and integrate this opportunity within its broader strategy.”

Interestingly enough, First Class Metals confirmed Rubidium in every hole at Zig Zag. Just wondering if this might be a factor; complimenting the Lithium.

On Tuesday, it will be exactly 2 months since first cut core samples went to Actlabs. Appreciate Christmas hols will have interrupted TAT but we must certainly be in the start of the ‘window’.

Our neighbours have just released yet another “RNS”, (Canadian equivalent that is ) today. The headline is :-

“The Company (Hemlo Mining Corp.) has initiated an aggressive 130,000 metre exploration drilling program aimed at extending mine life, de-risking the near-term mine plan and identifying near-mine growth opportunities.

The 2026 exploration drilling program is expected to serve as the foundation for an updated technical report, expected H2 2027.”

130 kilometres of drilling; 130 km’s !!!!!! Both infill to upgrade category, and also growth (Stepout). That is one hell of a programme. And one hell of a lot of money. If we have hit gold at decent grades, I am positive that HMC will be looking very very closely at Fcm and North Hemlo.

Course it can. Think about it.

Initials were submitted just before December 10th. Subsequents followed on 23rd or Christmas Eve. Then the festive and NY hols. Then a further (just) 4 weeks to now. And this is the busy time for the laboratories in any event.

I would say we could get results pretty imminently in exploration terms. Early February would be excellent, but It depends on whether Fcm release piecemeal, or the full hit.

Our new neighbours at Hemlo have released positive results of a section of their 2025 E Zone drilling campaign. The E Zone is located near surface and is close to existing underground development. HMC drilled a total of 6 holes for 4,240 metres. This, they say, proves categorically that new mineralised zones remain to be discovered in the mine area.

Decent intervals and grades of up to a magnificent 90.45 g/t which is the stuff dreams are made of.

If assays from our maiden drill programme conducted just a handful of kilometres away, and due imminently, look anything like these, then First Class Metals are off to the races:-

Hole 6702501 intersected 19.11 g/t Au over 5.0 m

Hole 6702503 intersected 15.79 g/t Au over 5.0 m

Hole 6702505 intersected 7.08 g/t Au over 12.1 m and 90.45 g/t Au over 2.6 m

And as for untenable. It is AS who has finally got to the bottom of exactly what has been holding us back. He is a fantastic asset and you need to understand that.
