There is money in marble and the raw material doesn’t deteriorate, doesn’t get too old, doesn’t move or not grow so we are pretty safe

i dont think you will see a different CEO as he owns so much of the business through himself or partner. i think the numbers will be there anyway. less winter weather the better, there getting loan notes now rather than equity raising and chris i think will be in the game another 4 or 5 years with stone alliance.

We have the two orders for 10,500 square metres of tiles done in two months of H1. Over 5000T done in H1 which was really two months. So 20,000t more than possible with more benches open and 20,000 + of tiles easily as these will now be made up to new year. Mass orders from Dubai, we will smash the numbers

I think we are under estimating next year. Bear in mind no revenue generation till after April this year! Then run rate of at least €300k per month so €3.6 million. If this doesn’t get smashed by cnc, tile lines, slab cutters, vacuum machines improving yield then we are stuck forever.
All about repeat customer orders, if they are there we will do so well. The cnc machine can knockout silly amounts of volume if ran 24/7.

I agree on your time lines, I would be happy with a €10 million business annually forever with great divi. Need to pay off, need to stabilise annual costs, new kit being bought. Will they go into crushed marble sales, we they invest more in the plant for efficiency and growth?
Chris will want a divi out relatively quickly as this also proves concept and leads to stone alliance

I used to jump straight in, learnt the hardest and now wait, wait a bit more, wait and then invest. I bought Fox, sold the lot, went away two years and came back from 9 p down, I hope obviously this was the right thinking

The volumes are so low the sp moves on the odd £10 k buy or sell. Let’s plan for divi returns irrespective of sp. happy to stay at 10 p and get decent divi every year

At the moment feel investing in something outside uk,outside EU isn’t a bad thing and with global orders and presence. Worse case is a business that ticks along on €4 million a year through hard times, which is more than possible

For me there is no more to do overall and it’s now that we will see what an investment this is. The gear is in, benches all opened as needed and the cost base good. It’s coming to the end of the first stage in developing into a longer term investment. Thesene t results or H1 2019 have to show growth in all areas, all types, winter can’t be the distraction and with all this break even, now or never.

The sp will now grow with the revenue and profit. It feels quite a safe business at the moment and happy for another 10 years to wait. I want divi more than sp growth, 8 million a year handed out would do nicely, a long long play

yes interesting times. i think everyone expects another capital raising for more hotels so the price has dropped due to the fear of dilution??

getting back to a worth while price to buy, different situation as they are now doing very well, money is coming through but not enough to finance expansion as yet. they also have others like premier on their heels with a similar concept.

Yes the margins are very good. power, labour will be our biggest costs as we own the raw material forever and it’s only one thing, Ie we don’t make a product from many raw materials. Then costs to keep the kit going. I think this will all be under control and strictly watched, based on the country wages are low relative to other places and exchange not to bad. All in all again if the markets there and quality is good they will do well

Remember the quarry they have bought, saving 40% gross on most popular marble!

Since last year they have opened significant benches on several quarries, cnc machine, tile line, slab cutting, vacuum machine line. Basically since this April to May we have gone from quarrying some blocks to all the above, it’s only been 7 months fully at it hence crap sp as they said this would happen years ago. 😀

No more than 3.2 million for break even I believe as interest payments are reduced and capital outlay dropping all the time, moving away from equity raising or overdraft debt for specific loan notes on the basis everything goes ok and there paid back. €300k per month will break even and same for the whole year which is the aim, remember Chris said H1 600k came from two months work. This can’t happen again due to stock levels for blocks and tiles available on the side in bad weather. It’s orders they need, if they come they will smash everything.

Domestic, USA, China, Dubai, India are all well advanced compared to last year, China was on for 300T per month minimum
