I think they'll hold this all the way and not sell unless a very silly number. The cost base is stable and low, we've been frustrated by the cost but actual we know it's relatively little against sale cost, ie we don't need to sell a lot to turn this around and I think it's the case. We will change very quickly, next 18 mths from loss to breakeven to cash in bank.

I don’t think Chris will sell unless it’s a price we would all agree upon. Saying that even £1 a share whilst great for us in the scheme of things set against so many quarries isn’t that much.

We don’t own the material we own the right to extract and I guess the landowner gain more than sitting on a big hill of marble they could never afford to extract themselves.

Volumes and customers now seem quite assured, volume too bar processed. Chris bet 50% mix by middle of this year, I think it will be higher than 2018 but not that higher. They’ll continue to break all records as orders come in and settle production, more benches and better ways of work. That cost of being only a 1/3 price Italy is huge and worth a great deal

Switched somewhat from short or more medium growth to be expected as it gets harder. Penetration of markets, grow in size, make the brand big enough not to fail bar catastrophe and then it can settle somewhat like the airline. Countries with undeveloped hotel formats plus less interest from the national chains are being targeted, the business model works in good and bad times just depends like everything where you want margins to be.

I knew the Chris was involved with gulf so not surprised by selling and price. I wonder whether they couldn’t sign the quarry up as they wanted so found other ways, waited and now done the deal. Obviously always wanted this quarry, I guess everyone doesn’t just doesn’t sign up.

Now have local owners who where doing nothing with their quarry now seeing them open up and cash coming in, more might come on board

The government is big enough to have an impact but small enough that businesses like fox get one on one attention from ministers, it’s like oil discovery companies in far off places finding amount and wanting help to get it out, or gold in Mongolia. The quantity and quality could be huge and globally impacting with fox signing most of it up already

Obviously the government will be pro export of anything, not sure whether they have any other key, volume raw materials to sell so marble might be one of them with over 40 quarries identified and X billion of tons.

I thought they was little tax being put against fox corporately so they gain most by the business employing, expanding and general growth to economy through income coming into the country.

So you will see support from government, links, transport etc to help exporting more and more as they have to find ways to generate money. All very positive. Comes back to whether the marble has the quality and available volume to be competitive globally

I think we underestimate the quality of this marble and the word is getting out. We could easily get one order from Dubai worth 5 million this year, it will grow and grow as long as we can supply.

By 2020 they’ll pay the loan notes back and be moving into a €10 million year with plenty of cash.

so the next order must be on its way per say before this announcement? therefore i would be really disappointed if we announced this knowing in the background its not going to be met?

if its met then it was quarried in december or earlier as we had one delivery and winter is upon us. they must have sufficient stock to supply next two or three months and then rest coming direct? it would make a nonsense of the rns if this wasnt the case as we would have failed before we started.

So that rns states we will get 1 million in revenue for the material in 2019. we have all been talking about needing around 5 million in 2019 i we have already found 1/5th of that in one order.

so the context is delivery, i dont see this as being the issue, benches are being opened, the experience of the team is far higher and better than when they started, these guys will have now learnt over the last few years how this is done rather than relying on Italian and i am sure their efforts and want will make this happen.

no connection to the order and revenue understandbly as they dont wish the market to know selling prices, my assumption this would be at the higher end of block marble based on being premium types?

Its positive news finished off by again a statement showing how they are now looking to sell in all global markets and this will continue.

remember are cost base is so low in comparison and totally supported by the government. as written recently even taking on more people doesnt have a huge affect and the material is all ours, just a question of getting it out!

not sure these days when i read them whether its good news leading to bad? never really know but hopefully that stepping stone we all talk of.
