With cicc a coal deal to China have just announced relisting so anything is possible!

It’s been a few years and too slow for most however they have gone from nothing to fully operational site and their challenge has really been not knowing which bit to do first.

Without orders they didn’t buy kit and used Italy, this back fired due to performance so didn’t get more orders but needed to buy kit. Then customers expected full option of how marble is delivered. They realised you need to slab, resin, cut to open more markets and customers

In the beginning they chose the wrong marble type, factory took ages, weather impact not fully understood.
So whilst not happy this is the most productive, capable part they have ever got to so I’m holding on.

In context their competition crush 80,000 tonnes of marble bits for construction every year, that’s a business it itself.

This I Hope is the last capacity push, they seem to think they can consolidate customers, not chase more and get enough business from these core ones they already have.

Chris said they hadn’t procured the new kit yet but it will be in before mid March, hope so?

Even after another 10 years if they posted £30 million and £20 million profit that would do me fine, that’s huge potential divi payments and a business size that isn’t actually that big

Well I’ve been investing for years and have no idea how well or bad I’ve done. I’ve had one big loss however those shares again have been bought through gains.
This week atc announced relisting after a couple of years, I got my original stake out so ok, the amount left might be worth £50 or £20,000. We shall see in the next few months. I have one more delisted which still updates on the intention to return.

The rest are ok, building businesses like fox you hope even after 5 years triple the sp or more and I walk away pretty good.

This is their last big push, their last big capex to get the volume flowing and no excuses. Wouldn’t be surprised if an ops person appeared.

I’m holding, don’t want to take a loss and margins, potential is too high if they get this close, we see that with other marble businesses, be good if they got a very good operations guy to head up volumes, plants

DSS has already got 50% of vote so pretty much going to win as you need 75% on the day to overturn any decision.

so DSS goes to market, we then hold 90% of this business, so a dilution of 10%. it states the enlarged share capital of DSS not sure what that means. dss will be renamed atlantic cabon group. dss will be parent company of which atlantic is a subsidary of dss.

so we get more shares, which in total add to 90% of teh business, however we are getting 1.5 shares for everyone so 50% increase? against 10% total overall and if the price of each is 0.025 that is very good.

I think your right, Chris owns a lot and unless he knows someone that can take it on then no grwat changes coming. Never sure whether is poor sales and lack of customers or we aren’t doing the right things in the right order and the one year delay kicks in. How can a quarry perform so poor but turn the numbers around in five weeks. Everything seems to be there just not all glued together?

Got to be careful now the investors dry up and he can’t bank roll this, for everyone having a fully kitted out site, quarries etc and then go bust wouldn’t be good, results will show how far off break even

The margins are huge with mermeren, it looks like a great business. Well here’s hoping we get somewhere in the next 12 months.

that is some business results. pretty impressive margins and cost management. interesting fox believes its costs are lower so how much has 1.4 million in revenue cost us?

i think its taking far too long but i'm sitting in here, i still think margins are great, the customers will come and breakeven wont be too high.

they have obvioulsy now realised and taken the plunge to really commit to the kit to get the job done. they do actually have quite a lot in the factory but obviously far too many bottleneck still

Even lower than I think the lowest predicted. Another year at least to wait, looks like the final push on equipment to really get close to the numbers now needed, not sure who bought the shares but there are a few customers, holders with easy cash, fair ish price, could have taken the piss and discounted a lot. My % has just dropped, might have to get the million when this drops to 6.5 p today

Never get them too closely connected as Chris doesn’t want prices out there, we tend to get with an other the total revenue or the tonnes, never both broken down together which is intentional

Exactly and Chris mentioned there not per say looking for loads of new customers more sell the different options through who they already know. Quality will get the products out there along with availability of every physical type to buy like tiles, slabs etc

They did at least $500k of marble with Dubai, the blue marble to Italy around £240k so we are nearly matching H1 and whilst we wanted more then it’s going up easily. We needed for me 1.8 million so not that much more especially if the processed comes good. There was also the monthly Indian, Chinese block orders

Divi at 100k tonnes, never far quicker than that. 20,000 will break even depending on the % processed, once we get towards 50k upwards the cash will be flying in. It’s quality and then quantity, under lying costs are sorted and stable, all these orders are just adding on top of a low cost base.

Chris still states we can’t meet demand and they talk capacity upgrades, improvements? Good year ahead

yes agree however its a hard one and like you being long term i'll take a finance update twice a year + AGM for voting divi payments as enough for me

Agree, that got slated for doing too much news and now not enough. Just need to wait it out as I think they blends news of two years together. They'll announce quite a lot on orders, capacity he said overtime, cost of marble he always wants to keep close lipped.

Every month in any company like this I take as positive with no equity raise, if there keeping going they can't be doing too bad
