Some more positive news on people, training globally on cd4, announcements on twitter on the launch of the ids and the allergy package now been offered.

I'm confident this will come good. Fox just aren't very good at doing more than one that at a time. They are either opening a quarry, selling marble, buying kit or sitting in snow but they don't seem to be able to do them all together bar the snow. Let's hope this is the last large pull on kit, it means they quarry enough and sell marble! Easy

We are bullish because we own shares in the company that’s normally how it works. No atomic bombs just blocks of marble coming out. It’s interesting times as always and happy to hold out to the end. They better not go bust!

Uncertainty?? Needs to keep going , compete against the others, very low cost base and grow overtime. This is years in the making and last point was brexit bring good buying opportunities

After months of planning VISITECT® CD4 Product Manager, Eman Aleksic, visited ASI (Asociacion de Salud Integral) in Guatemala City, Guatemala to conduct VISITECT® CD4 training to local staff. Our product is local registered in-country and she was joined by Cecilia Sanchez, the products local distributor from PCL Guatemala. Study investigators including Dr Arathoon, Blanca Somoyoa and Danicela Mercado and others, discussed HIV numbers and how CD4 testing is essential to combat HIV spread in-country. We look forward to seeing results from this local evaluation.

I again can’t imagine if we have gone from one shift to two that this doesn’t result he higher numbers. I think there is always a lag between updates and actual change. Chris suggested new kit in the quarries in six weeks when bought, I just don’t think this will be pulled off.
So what I am suggested is cnc, tile machines, one shift etc etc all happened later than we are told, there is therefore a lag between them and we are disappointed

I was told the guys earn around €150 a month so labour cost relative to marble aren’t high. There will be some fuel and power costs however again I don’t think a high %.

Marble is a cost to buy it, those rates have dropped since the recent deal of the quarry and reduction in costs associated with paying the land owners.

Capital equipment paid through equity and then there’s interest payments so we shall see. If a slab or tile sale then the margins are so high the other costs are insignificant.

What did you include from the losses. I have assumed less interest payments, less payments for marble from certain quarries that are now in house, less expenditures from equipment due to the raising and more high value products so whilst the revenue is 3.4 the makeup has changed

I don’t think break even will be that much more than this. Around £3.4 million I think in revenue and costs will be stable in Kosovo, this isn’t an inflationary high place and their already paying good wages. Chris was aiming towards a 50% mix, seems a long way off, orders in 2018 doesn’t seem quite right so hopefully it’s all in 2019!

It will happen, there is plenty of money in marble and especially from Kosovo
