Good points, good board comments overall. I hope and think it will be better than most think 2018. 2019 vastly better as they had stock going into winter, bearing in mind we did nothing for four whole months of the year and then only got going. Imagine if in these winter months they do €300k processed a month, far more than last year and easily possible

I’m in this for the divi. When the Greek business turned up and bought the quarry next door for €75 million cash you know overtime huge divi is possible. I’m wanting a steady cash divi for years to come, we have so many of the Kosovo quarries signed up the potential is huge

I know this mix translates into revenue mix, away from block mix. Net net whether you measure with Ts, revenue etc the processed will continue to go far higher. It won’t take a lot to see this in the figures.

Potential is huge, this is one of Kosovo’s best potential exports, the quarries are all tied up through fox, Kosovo government and USA so if customers are there the exports will grow as great money for local people and economy.

They could make this into a huge business in the country

One of the only forward statements from Chris has been his opinion of getting the the 50/50 mix by mid 2019. It’s his bet on progress but certainly this would make a huge difference.

It's only 2018 where processed marble has been made, up until this point very very little through Italy. Also glue machine, tiling poor slabs, poor blocks that would get rejected, marble yields are up. Then we can sell crushed marble left over. This has only really all started H2 of this year

i am not so concerned at time when distributors come across as amateur especially based on where they come from.

in the end these guys tend to know how to sell marble and will do so in their areas to hopefully a good enough affect. i wouldnt expect them to be slick in all cases within the balkans

Seem stretched at the minute and results coming out are showing people holding back in uk, using internet and brexit effect. I always hoped through harder times Easyhotel would operate well, batten down the hatches and attract customers at lower prices and good locations irrespective. This is when the higher overhead companies will struggle

I think that's really positive to read and shows potential going forward, supported by the government which is never a bad thing. 2019 year of the exporters!

you can buy procter or oil and gas, you can buy these huge ftse 100 companies that are global or you can invest in small companies that arent global but want to have a fraction of the deals

middle east is looking at billions over the next 5 years, i would only like us to have a fraction of this in order to help fox have revenues of 20 million ?? none of this is impossible if the quality and volume is there. we could easily smash these orders.

they opened the wrong quarries to start, the plant took far longer, they thought using an italian company to supply processed would work and they didnt realise customers want the option of all types of supplied marble and they want the supplier to do it.
some fundamental learning mistakes by guys who admitted they havent been in this industry before.

i do think the pro is totally signed up quarries throughout kosovo and the region that no one else can now touch for some time, if the marble is good enough they will do well.

just a suggestion and i take pretty much every comment i make on this board or read on this board at 60%. this is a chat board for people to put down thoughths, ideas, pretty much everything, how right or wrong they are plays out in the sp.

my thinking was based on developing markets, huge middle class getting bigger which are all facts and especially places like india and china where we now have orders increasing massively.

small companies can also make good money, with high margins you dont need high revenue and further to might point below controlling costs whether big or small is key.

I think everything is possible here with fox and it doesn’t need to be huge as the margins are. No different for some of the other marble, private owned companies do rather well by actually just churning out a reasonable amount and keeping on top of costs.
We need to manage labour and energy costs I suspect. Material costs improve through utilisation and fortunately we have quite a lot but neither can afford to process something that isn’t sold.

Waste marble pieces can be sold, free cash from 2020 to spend on more improvements now the basics are all in place.

The quarry next door to one of ours went for huge sums from Goldman I think, huge sums possible
