Totally understand a view to the lower side based on past updates. That in hindsight was based around opening the wrong quarry types first and not actually being able to supply what the customer wanted.

I assume the kit we have now is far different. These tile and cnc machines could produce serious amounts if they worked 24/7, so high volume for me is now there. I think it’s as simple as giving a customer confidence by for filling an order well in delivery and quality which leads to the next. It’s only really been since April onwards this has been possible.

Everything last year was built on false promises in the end as they simply couldn’t ship to other sites, process and deliver in good time. With 100% control everything is now possible and repeat business from the likes of Dubai could be jaw dropping if received, neither do I think they will now announce all these orders, more likely to let it feed through and come out when delivered in revenue.

Anything is possible if the orders are there and cash to invest through loans from shareholders possible. If the shareholder knows what margins and cash generation he is loaning into it won’t be a problem.

In the end now all about quality, price, delivery and therefore as always the customer

I think is sales are there then we will be breaking even month on month. I don't think there is anything now holding us back and if they wanted and needed more kit for orders they would buy it.

I think it sales, sales of all marble types including crushed, waste levels to tiles and saving blocks that previously could be used, it's interest payments down and % tiled up.

A 350 million value is very attractive and 50 million revenue more than possible, we would be seeing 15 million plus divi amounts at that stage

Looks like we are going to be ok, no great downturn in marble due to EU trade deals. Selling into uk not as good by I am sure we will survive

The claim was €300k per month so it will flatten out more next year as stock levels are raise, 30% ish increase looking at around €5 million revenue. Of which €800k profit before any loans, capital taken away, loans will start to get paid back. Hopefully no BREXIT in Kosovo, trading gets stronger, USA, china, Dubai bounce on and sales increase.

I think they are now capable of so much more, huge volumes of marble blocks and huge volumes of tiles so it could be far more than this if orders come in.

When politics are as they are, it's good to be in shares like this at the moment.

The cost control is also helped with respect by the labour payments as Kosovo isn’t a rich company even though they pay good wages for 12 months a year. Labour is always one of the biggest costs, even compared to Greece it will be favourable and there one of our biggest competitors

I’ve no idea how these quarries work, seems like a lot of marble but not years. I assume they stretch back into the hills for miles? One day I’ll visit

See all that waste marble around the outside of the blocks which can be ground down and sold? Another market to get into ASAP, I am sure it will all be put somewhere to do at some point.

There active into November, building stock, customer orders, honestly think they'll smash the 20,000 T if they want to based on orders and stock. The quarries seem organised, many benches and up and running.

We need global demand, customer orders to go crazy like the billions going into middle east hence the Dubai office. GLA

The other bit of course is the costs that go with this. I think they'll be down a lot, tight hold on this area and less investment now, more using what they have.

Chris obviously doesn't want more equity, he is raising through shareholder loans to pay back in a time that hopefully they can. I understand these partners prefer this, make some money on interest of loans and also through owning shares. Agree we are also reducing loyalty costs, interest rates on original loans all the time.

Winter isn't an issue, I think they will have sufficient stock for block and tiles for the whole period already there, business as usual, more about customer demands

I know what you mean but we have doubled our tile capacity from zero last year. Got a cnc machine, can cut slabs, can put glue in the cracks and use more blocks, have many open benches on site to send out material. I think if the orders are there this will have jumped especially for next year if mild, at the same time I think they will have taken winter out of the equation or block or tile sales. Mild autumn means if they needed to stock more they have had the time.

I think it’s now back on customer demand

The only numbers Chris made effort to unhide was that H1 based on one two months not six so a revenue of 300k a month was reasonable. That’s how we get to the 2.4 million.

If at a 50% next year our numbers would go through the roof as we know the margins are very good the more refined the product.

Yes agree however when I see the pictures showing the quarries in good shape, several benches and ready to go against orders I have far more confidence now

Yes they will do 20,000 T easily especially if the weather lets them go into December. It’s a very neat and tidy quarry pictured which should have no issue doing the tonnage.

I think they will smash last year’s tile numbers also just a question of by how much. We know it was booked into H2 for many hours, how much did this continue

1 day ago showing four bench marble quarry and commenting on how good the weather is a great blocks coming off. The quarry looks very neat, tidy and great for quality blocks with plenty to go at and I am sure plenty quarried ready for winter. Soon be December and no snow in sight

If listed on an exchange doesn’t this make things easier to then challenge and get moved? I’m in HL and whilst ok if I tried to move or do anything with them I don’t think I can till listed
