Put money on an update of some sort next week

Agree, ezh do it every 6 months where they give a brief one page on results and then you have to wait for the formal stuff, they don’t indicate end of the line profit more developed areas and revenue. It keeps the focus and direction. Net net I have no idea of year end, just wishful thinking and the belief now this has got going there are plenty of orders, prices are good and the tile lines are all working

It was the highlighting of the tile orders that if booked and delivered they would have been over €1 million. The fact they weren’t delivered meant they were made and not received so the revenue pushed into H2 and Chris highlighted the H1 result reflected really only two months rather than 6 and therefore at least €300 k per month. Hence you get run rate in H2 that takes you to a total of €2.4 million.

Chris said they don’t intend to highlight specific order and their revenue too much, they won’t match up both so we see revenue and orders together as in a fractured overall market this isn’t helpful.

I think we need €3.2 ish to break even, I think we will do €300k a month and a bit more, plus this year winter won’t impact orders as our planning and stock positions are light years ahead of 2017 to 2018.

We did a million plus in H1, just didn’t ship and book. I am sure we will jump way past old numbers which are little reference as it was in a time of block marble only.

So mild winter ideally and then great mix towards 50%

Another good development, Oxford and Bristol. This is a property play as well as hotels, freehold in Bristol, purpose built hotel to maximise space and therefore rooms. Doubt anyone in the industry will beat it and we are based against price, location and ease. Hence premier hotels are moving towards our model. They’ll be another raising soon, all spent up

Agree, far closer to break even as less kit to buy full stop, fixed costs now quite low and good so just volume and mix which goes straight to the bottom line!

I recon 2.8 million euro for year end. At least 300 a month and outstanding tile orders from H1. I think the mix will be fantastic, I think it’s having a huge impact do the lost will be managed by the loans we have taken. If we enter 2019 with no more loans then break even won’t be far away

Is low as you say, some confidence but not enough without the update.

It’s really good when someone visits and sees the product for themselves, can give true confidence in a share based on what we are actually selling.

We need the minimum €2.4 million or over €3 million ideally year end. Didn’t esh you calculate the tile orders highlighted was far more than declared and we know the mix is certainly going in the better direction so several million by year end with a slab and cnc machine working isn’t hard at all.

I’ve not bought anymore for sometime now, just feel hit a natural place where I don’t want any. I have enough if it goes well
