We will all be disappointed if they don’t do at least €2.4 million for year end. That’s €1.8 in 6 months which we know is some going but needed never the less. That would bring Loss to less than one million, we need more like 2.4 million in H2 which is a stretch!!

Very much pushing Afriag as the UK potential arm of his cannabis strategy. The other investment are more global, but that’s at least two links he has made to Afriag growing, involved in cannabis for uk. They are obviously seeking their uk licences to cultivate with land bought.

He then has hand in several countries covering Canada, uk etc this actually has great potential with medical cannabis at least as governments start legalising. We’ve ended up investing in a very dynamic sector by chance

I think these are positive statements from cic. Using Frankfurt for listing, working through Luxembourg and listing again in Canada will mean any impact from Brexit will have little difference. Obviously it’s a company fond on paying tax and let’s suggest anyone set a business up in china, wanted it to base out of Seychelles, trade in the uk or Europe and background wasn’t ideal. I would suggest this might take some time, I think direction through advise has also changed things. This can’t be cheap either so somewhere along the way there must be a literal pot of gold as reward

They won't do token divi, they will make sure the plants are hitting demand which is evident by bench number increases, tile lines, slab lines in the last few months.

Have enough orders for winter and then next step to pay down loans and all debt. Once done divi, maybe two or three years from now

I think HL are ok, the shares are still showing so when listed see what happens. There is a specific form you have to complete to trade US and Canadian shares.

Positive for me, fact that this still has the possibility of leading so where. If it takes 10 years but lists and doubles my money that will be fine, again I can’t imagine why SB would go to all this trouble unless there was something biggish to gain?

I think profit is close, they might be breaking even now month on month, depends on the length of winter, plant orders as to whether this carries through to an 12 month period break even as yet, Ie 2019 calendar has a bette chance of break even.
They don’t need that much, they stated this year aim was 20,000 tons, if next year the same and 50% mix that’s at least 9 or next million, more if tiles. That as well isn’t a silly annual amount. Say 3.5 million for costs, 1 million for capital rest is debt needs and divi??

I’m in for years. Some must be now thinking might be something here to miss and helping the so rise.

I want to be long haul, three years, 6 million divi starts get handed out, that’s when I’ll be happy!

Easy trucking distances, motorways and moving blocks are flat beds is as easy as it comes. Everything can get there quickly and relatively cheaply so not a great cost. I think when we sent to Italy a whole different ball game remembering technically they would have been a competitor so I doubt our product hit the front of the queue and was done at best price.

And of course they paid based on gross tons, if they turn that into Slabs and tiles the margin will be bigger for the business. Straight forward quarry tons net 40% is very positive.
