SupremeSpod, missed the boat Cave has been a director of Pharm2Farm for 7 years and as of 23rd March is no longer and has been replaced by Duffers. This change not been done on a whim, there is a reason. Mine is just a theory but it is based on my past experiences inside Small Caps where I have seen similar moves for similar reasons outlined earlier.

Dr C resigning or being removed from the board of P2F indicates to me P2F is no longer the direction or reason for NNN.

I suggest the SA will be the new focus of NNN. P2F will be shut down as there is no underlying business and Virosnyth will also be shut down or possibly sold for a few pennies to Volz.

Dr C remains on NNN BoD as he is the biggest shareholder, once the SA is completed Dr C will not be the biggest shareholder and will leave NNNs BoD, NNN will change name (yet again) for new SA business whatever that is.

This new business will be the focus of the listed entity we have shares in so this will be the end of all BS about masks, filters and Nano feed.

Hopefully worth the wait and value to offset what will be huge dilution.

The BOD have included a fund raise in the metrics of the bonus plan for a reason.. so IMO if there is an acquisition there will be a fund raise.

Still have 3M shares at average a little over 0.6 so even if selling today not a loss on note. Still considering buying more but not at this price.

The SA RNS implies a fund raise will be par of the process. This raise will be at a discount to the share price so was already going to be very painful to existing share holders at 0.5s to 0.6s but if in 0.4s then a discount, ouch...

FOMO? doesn't feel like that to me.

CEO and COO wrote themselves a bonus plan for a reason............

Raregroove either acquisition or fund raise count as SA from which rise of 0.5 give CEO and COO fat cat bonuses.

Radika, Significant Acquisition as referred to in RNS dated 10 Feb where CEO and COO get a pile of cash and more options if they close a SA which results in a minimum SP increase of 0.5p.

To clarify if SP falls to 0.4 in the next week or so it is worth an additional punt based on the SA completing. If the SA falls over then IMO and without any new to say otherwise NNN is just a cash shell and I'd expect continual SH decline.

Hopefully this will not be construed as ramping...

Micho if it drops to 0.4s I'll buy some more because Duffers didn't write his bonus plan for nothing.... he thinks the SA is worth at least 0.5p increase from when it was 0.8. Unless they have misjudged the value of the SA the SP should get to 1.5.

When we see what the SA is maybe we wont all bailout but unless it looks good it will be a scramble to sell.

Goonerboy, IMO BoD wrote themselves the bonus plan for a specific reason. I thought 4 weeks after the bonus plan RNS and then they'd announce it.......

Micho and Trisor, good question re motivation. Its simple really if we can pull off an EGM it will be an interesting project.

The objective for any EGM is important and everyone will have a different idea what they'd hope to achieve if we get as far as an EGM. I for my part will put forward my ideas for the objective if we get enough interested PIs.

Micho, Im not crying my loss will be minimal.

If you call telling people to sell when it was 2p or 1.5p or 1p and buy back later when its cheaper then yes Im guilty as hell.

I didn't start the EGM thing but Im happy to help if there is a desire to try and get this done.

Trisor, by the time you realise the BoD are duplicitous it will be all over bar the crying in your beer.

Consider this, accept a job offer on Sept 1 with agreed option plan based on creating shareholder value then 5 months later you get your option plan changed where you can make money at a share price level lower than the day before you joined.
