Micho yes I did think 1.5p or 2p on RNS with "significant Acquisition" and on that basis worth piling in if the share price is right but I'm less inclined to believe those prices will be met at the next RNS.

if share price drops to .05p and RNS comes next day it still only has to rise by 0.5p for CEO and COO to get 450K cash bonus and more options. They can wait a year or two to get options above strike price, they are on big salaries after all.

The lower the share price the harder it will be to do the acquisition and target may not like new terms of option plan, so if the acquisition does no complete and NNN is doing as badly with P2F as I believe this will be 0.25 in no time.

Yes he has made his old option plan and new bonus plan as milky as possible but any target especially a "Significant" target would question such a change in remuneration and as you have stated with so many disillusioned LTH exiting on the rise buying more and getting out quickly enough becomes riskier the more disillusioned LTHs become.

Trisor, the prospect of any acquisition being great news is somewhat diminished because the SP only needs to go up by 0.5p for 1 minute for the CEO and CFO to get huge cash bonuses and a big chunk of options.

COO and CFO weren't board appointments either but they got an RNS.

COO got a huge bonus plan 3 days later.

Trisor who knows why the recruits but if you were growing you'd be posting RNS after RNS announcing contract wins and new product launches, there would be tangible information on the companies and partners websites, virosynth would have a website. If you were growing you wouldn't need to change Duffers option plan changed so radically.

We don't know if HR post is full time it might be a consultant and as needed basis, possibly just to make sure everyone has the right option plan for the long hours they work.

We all know the RNS said "The Remuneration Committee has i) amended the exercise price per Existing Option to 1 pence per share in relation to all the option shares and ii) removed all Performance Conditions" but apart from long hours on what basis were these terms, agreed just six months a go so radically improved.

The Remuneration Committee is Richard Clark and Felicity Sartain. The final sentence on Nanosynth websites under headings Corporate Governance and Remuneration Committee states “No Director or manager may be involved in any discussions as to their own remuneration.”

If Duffers was not involved in the conversation where his package was so radically improved, I would love to see how the conversation between Clark and Sartain played out in the minutes of the Remuneration Committee’s meeting.

IMO and it would appear the market in general thinks NNN will continue to decline until an RNS with NEW news and substance is posted. When this comes it is most likely to be based around the SA resulting in what's required for BoDs cash and option bonuses.

The BoD only need a 0.5p rise in the share price to shares 450K cash and a pile of 1p options.

IMO the new option plan means NNN will not now amount to much and a Significant Acquisition which needs to raise funds mean early stage so another Pharm2Farm. If correct it means yet more dilution and still little or no revenue.

I'm banking on the bonus plan working for the CEO and COO which means one last spike to try and execute well, I just need to make sure I'm out before any options are executed.

Hopefully for you and LTHs the target has a more realistic business plan than P2F and a team capable of executing.

No Trisor its not a fact, I might buy lower or higher than that price depends on where the share price is when I feel its time to buy. Clearly the significant acquisition will increase the share price by at least 0.5p, question is when to buy.

I believe the market has already factored in 51% of profits selling some a-virion material to Volz, its in the price but is only my view that the markets knows and has price accordingly.

Masks sales were poor and without the promised update on any renegotiations left to conclude all failed, the adverts in the Mail stopped and with no marketing to drive business to Pro Larva shop it is safe to assume that is dead too.
