NNN share graph is a steady decline all week and the graph rate of decent has not changed today let alone due to the terrible news from the Ukraine.

Earlier today the spread was 0.6 to 0.65 and then moved to 0.55 to 0.65. If it goes to 0.55 to 0.6 you know what comes next?

Re SA lets imagine the terms of CEO COO £470K bonus doesn't include fund raise then yes let imagine the acquisition involves decent revenue. Unfortunately is does include a fund raise so expect target to be early stage and probably no revenue.

Expect fund raise to be a placement with decent discount on SP prior to RNS announcing acquisition and fund raise, so likely significant dilution.

It is going to be a race to press the sell button, hopefully LTH can get out without too bigger losses and the race will be hot enough that the BoDs cant make money on their options, they really don't deserve it.

If the SA is a good company with revenue and growth potential not all factored might hang around but not expecting much is it it only needs to increase share price by 0.5p, in which case Ill take this last spike and leave you to it.

In recognition and as consideration for the significant additional hours Mr Duffin is working, which have been further increased to extremely long additional hours, each hour now being 75 minutes long, and also to further incentivise him to continue to work towards raising the share price from it's current level of half of what is was the day before he joined NNN, the Remuneration Committee has amended the exercise price per Existing Options to 0.35 pence per share.

Castle, don't look to the Ukraine crisis as a reason for the continued fall in NNN share price, yes shares are impacted by rising oil and gas prices if result in increased operating costs or reduce market size but nothing happening to oil and gas will change NNNs outlook, It was falling before and will continue to fall unless substantial NEW news is forthcoming.

Adjohn, there is no evidence anything is going on in the background. After six months with the the Duffer in charge all we have is talk of renegotiations, identified 8 possible sectors, lots new recruits, reduced information on P2F website, a shop on Pro Larva website 6 months too late, vastly improved CEO option plan, CEO and COO bonus for achieving what they are supposed to do anyway and and agreement with Volz which was on the table before he joined.

Oh and the share price has dwindled to nearly half what it was the day before he joined, and you still believe....
