expect next RNS to be acquisition and possibly fund raise.
expect share price to increase by more than 0.5p so CEO and COO get cash bonus and extra options
expect share price to fall back as shareholders get their B/E price or some profit by cashing out, will CEO cash out? I don't know but he can.

I have made my point a succinctly enough re what we all know we need reported from NNN not the twaddle peddled on this BB by the usual suspects. On this basis I'm finished with NNN for the day.

Sharebel I don't care if Dr C has written a book or about the endless paper he writes I want him to spend his time developing and successfully commercialising products for NNN. After all his time we want updates on the new products being developed and sales, profits, forecast, contract wins for existing products.

As for science team, NNN announced hiring of COO and CFO while various sales and marketing people popped up on Pro Larva website (now removed). If you announce COO and CFO and you have expanded the science team you'd think NNN would announce this as it is a science based business or add the team to the P2F website so potential partners can see strength of science in org or even impress shareholders but no just more radio silence...........

Dr Cave is on 3.5 days a week, Felicity is a NED not a worker and there have been no updates on adding to the science team and nothing on any of the websites. So the only evidence we have is the NNN science team is a one part time time man band.

Clearly part timer Cave wont execute all these projects on his own so the possibility of NNN working on the vast array of fantasy projects need to be considered with a huge handful of salt.

Sharebel it is you who are the amateur who is either blinded by the depth of the investment or simply has blind faith in people you have never met and never checked out.

To be a pro I suggest you go to the Sept 1 RNS announcing the arrival of new CEO, he has to declare every company he has been a director of for the last 5 years. Go to companies house check out each one and report which of these companies he turned round.

Same RNS on Sept1 please review the option plan as it stood when he accepted the position of CEO, he had to achieve incremental and sustainable SP growth to above 4p by Dec 2023 to be rewarded to what he has changed it to which is he can cash out 100M shares at anytime at at any price over 1p.

Last weeks RNS are a complete joke

CEO and COO get cash and options for and acquisition which increases the market cap by 10M for potentially 1 minute.

Volz get 50M warrants for what every last on shareholder thought they were already doing as per agreed business plan in Dec 10 RNS which was to develop and make filters including an a-virion layer.

Id be very surprised if an acquisition didn't increase the market cap by 10M even if its another no revenue fantasy start up but the news could just create a spike long enough for the CEO and COO get their cash bonuses and share options.

You all run the risk that under the terms of Duffers revised option plan he can TB you lot all over again. He can sell up, the Volz guys can too .. Between the CEO, COO and Volz guys they could 10% of the company. If they cash out the share price will crash and guess what, to keep working those long hours they will need more options................
