The JV update RNS has nothing factual or contractual in it expect the warrants and terms of their exercise, which is now who knows when, possibly never.

Trisor, Volz wanted NNN to pay for 51% of the cost to convert the production line. So NNN didn't have to cough up NNN gave Volz warrants but if those warrants do look like they can be converted to cash anytime soon what next?

No pumky the RNS doesn't say that, it says the warrants are conditional on Volz converting their production, it doesn't even indicate when. So some undetermined point in the future.

Volz might be waiting for the warrants to be above water.

Just wait for the SA to see what the real deal is.
