For me the SA has to happen this week or I'm going to bet the deals off. If the deal is off 0.4 will have seemed like a great price by end of June.

Trisor, with the SA it will hopefully get to 1p or more as per Duffers bonus and option plan. This needs to happen soon ideally by the end of this month or I will begin to think this has fallen over too.

Without the SA there is no path back to 1p. P2F has no underlying business, without a more informed RNS the JV is no more likely to happen than VKE's millions, which did get an RNS.

I have been saying all the businesses development ideas, plans announced deals were BS and judging by the updates or lack thereof I have been proven correct.
I said the interims would reveal; no sales worth a damn and I was correct, likewise the Finals due end of June will have no revenue.
I have correctly forecast the SP decline for more than a year and this without news this will only continue. Without the SA very soon or Duffers buying this week (his last chance) NNN will be 0.2 by end of June or shortly after PIs see the Finals.

Trisor I just realised the BoDs have 3 and a bit days to buy shares in NNN before they enter a closed period. If they had bought we'd know next day. The fact they as yet they haven't bought at 0.4 should tell you everything you need to know.

Trisor by June, with no SA by June the price will be 0.2p. Are you trying to get PIs to sell now before the price drops even further?

Duffers recent moves are for a reason, it is normal to look at what has happened to try and assess what comes next so you something to base you investment, or in this case gambling decisions on.

Waynesmith, I agree and go further, its a tragedy P2F didn't sell millions and millions of these masks both for the benefit of shareholders but more importantly protection of the vulnerable

I was happy with the price especially when buying plentiful supplies for my parents protection, they and my kids all thought they were the best mask they'd used, especially if they had to wear for extended periods.

How P2F ****ed this up is beyond comprehension.

Duffers has written himself a bonus plan for SP increase of 0.5 as a result of an SA

Unless Duffers has done these move for no reason it is clear to me what Duffers is hoping to do next.

If Cave doesn't like it and wants to call an EGM to replace the board what his alt plan? more no sales at P2F, who'd vote for that? even if he had a decent plan does he have any credibility to draw 37%, no.

Cave is just a passenger waiting for his somewhat smaller boat to come in.

Cuvio, If Cave doesn't like what the BoDs is doing he can use his shareholder power to call an EGM with a resolution to replace the board with one of his choosing, or wait for the AGM. In either case he he would then need to get 51% of all shareholders to agree with him.

I would imagine Cave would think the chances of him getting shareholder support are between slim to zero.

Pharn2Farm have no underlying business and Cave is no longer a director so even if P2F has worthwhile IP Cave has no influence from his commercial contribution either.

Cave is now just a passenger like all LTHs.

Sharebel IMO it is clear from this RNS under the pretext of in reposne to shareholder enquiries, there is NOTHING else going on.

This pre news of an SA is all they have to try and move the share price.

Firebalde that's the real reason they have reiterated the growth by acquisition adding "at the appropriate time, a further announcement will be made."

Nothing to do with Response to shareholder enquiries or verbal in a car park. Just a pump, without real news this is all they can do.

NFF & Dr M I think we all agree and I certainly believe they wrote the bonus plan RNS around a particular SA. It's coming up for 3 months which is more than enough time to have completed a deal.

Cave giving up his directorship at P2F and Duffers GBNano will somehow be part of the equation but as time drags on it feels like there is an impasse, the longer without news of the SA the more likely it is that they cant finalise a deal or raise money to make the deal work.

For a company with no reported sales to find another employee sitting around doing nothing is a little annoying, how many do they have now??
